Laundry facilities were deplorable. TV in living room didn't work.

Condition was good and the linens were worn. Clean & pet friendly. Was very personable & knew the area to recommend places to go in Fairbanks. If you not a 5-star kinda person this would be a decent place to stay

The location of this bed and breakfast is in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were very accommodating as we arrived very late. The King suite is much like a small apartment with plenty of room and a second TV for the kids to watch movies, providing you brought your own.

We didn't know that Abbey Archway is also part of 7 Gabbles, and the signage for the facilities could have been more visible. The building and the décor are old and could use updating.

Loved the full kitchen and cable T.V and Hot-tub. It was fine for the alone time I needed.

I could not access WiFi and had a lot of Construction noise.

Older property. Check in at the main building was a bit of a tip and had us initially wondering what we had let ourselves in for..The apartment away from the the main building was ok and well equipped.

Very bad experience. The hotel is completely no service at all. Moreover, they will arbitrarily charge you more money than it displayed in the website when you booked! A very bad hotel.

The location is fairly good, especially for travellers who not rent the car. Public transportation is available. Also close to the museum of north.

It was fairly easy to find and the people were nice.

The check-in was awkward and the room was dirty.

Nicely decorated rooms with Jacuzzi, well appointed. Use of fridge and microwave in kitchen.

It's important for some travelers to know there can be stairs to climb - if this is an issue, they should be sure to book a ground floor room.

Place was great, Licia (sp) sorry, one of the owners is a worker worker worker, This poor lady does all this by herself. So it may appear sometimes that she doesn't have time for some things. However, she is an excellent host and lady. She provides different ethnic breakfasts daily. I really liked the place and her husband Paul. I was the biker from Colorado up for the rally. Thank you so much you guys. I will be back if you'll have me.

    Not enough time to stay...

Greeted by warm, friendly staff and great location near the university. Room had a small air conditioner and breakfast was offered at the inn next door.

Upstairs room was a little stuffy and could've used a ceiling fan or better ventilation.
