The staff was wonderful; the beds were comfortable; great location, with a mini-market and Denny's across the street. |

It was the right price. We went to Disneyland. The first day we walked, big mistake. The clerk told us to catch the bus across the street by dennys. She didn't know how much it was, or when it ran. So we opted to walk. The next two days we drove and parked there. Much better choice. I think your ad should say very long walk to Disneyland.!!!!! We booked the family room with 3 beds in it. It wasn't available. We got 2 connecting rooms which was fine. Also the parking was a bit of a problem, when we came back the second day all of the spots were taken. The owner let us park up against the wall. Which was very nice. We had 5 people and only had 4 towels the first day. On the first day I asked the clerk about breakfast and she just looked at me. |

The location is very good. There were some people negotiated price for maintenance, something for dry wall during the midnight of July 11. One person asked the other person to do something, the other person wanted extra day pay. They waked us up couple times. We lived in room 108, some person lived in room 107 tried to open our door during mid night. Also, housekeeper did not make our beds on July 11. When we came back from DisneyLand July 11, we felt very suprised to see the beds were same as we left. The fun in washroom is extremely loud. |

I wish there was something! Rooms were dirty with awfully bad odor, the staff was even worse and very rude, she refused to replace one of our dirty towels and a pillow cases. You are better off staying at some other franchise hotels down the street like Quality Inn and Econo Lodge with almost the same price. |

During our stay, the guy living in the upper floor, he just walking like a horse, disturbing noise underfloor which is uncomfortable during sleeping time, I went out to check what's going on and I saw the guy drinking beer probably drunk, I talked to your staff with this regards, then that's the time situation was calm down, I suggest to improve more insulation underfloor as a noise barrier . |

Rooms are very spacious and great for a family of 5+. We were not told that one of the rooms was smoking allowed room. The smell was not strong but still horrible!!!! Also the carpet was not sharp clean.I think that explains the good price. |

nothing! It was a horrible experience this time around, i have stayed here before but i think the hotel staff has changed. The lady in the office was far from welcoming, she was doing a lot of things while checking me in. She was watching something on the computer, talking on the cellphone, laughing loudly and i think was cooking something inside, i could smell it, while checking me in. |

The location was right across the street from Disneyland. The room was way too hot. The air did not work. We asked for a fan, still did not cool down room. One of the towels in the bathroom looked like it was already used. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The shower has rust and mold. The shower head was very low. TV was nothing but static. Did not enjoy our stay. |

Good price, walkable to Disneyland, cheap liquor store across the street, microwave/fridge/hairdryer in room. This hotel is exactly what you'd for $75 a night. Hard beds, on the "wrong" side of Disneyland, do not allow daytime parking after you check out, continental breakfast was coffee and packaged bear claws, not a great area. |
