The staff was excellent great rooms for the price. Plus the washer dryer was so convenient.

This is a good, budget friendly motel. It made our trip to Disneyland more affordable. The location was close to Disneyland and restaurants and the staff was very friendly.

The beds were hard, and the cleaning staff came in while we were gone and moved our stuff around, even though we did not put the maid service door hanger on the outside of the door. But even with that, we still plan on staying here for our future trips to Disney.

All that we needed & well located from DIsneyland, cheap eats & a convenience store. Nothing fancy but a clean pillow to put your head on after a big day out. Friendly staff who looked after our luggage twice iwhilst touring other areas. Loved it.

Wi fi not great. Exvellent signal if near recepion but not so good in the rooms.y

Great location, you can walk to Disneyland. The room is big and roomy, with freezer and everything you need. No luxurious! A basic god one.

Shower plumbing was backwards and didn't drain well, towels and bedding weren't very soft.

We stayed in the family room which was a good size, but a bit dated. It was in a good location. The staff were helpful although a few things in our room didn't work and were not fixed.

Air conditioning was dodgy, telephone didn't work, furnishing was quite dated and old.

really loved the qiuetness and the view of disneyland. and the littte market across the Street.

Inexpensive, convenient location. Nice tile in bathroom. A/C worked well. Crisp sheets. Acceptable breakfast. Food within walking distance.

Family of 4 and we only got 2 towels, no hand towels or washcloths (even after requesting. Soda machine was out of bottled waters and most every soda. No hand soap. Not enough parking. Beds were extremely firm. Large stains on furniture.

rooms were dirty, coffee left in pot from previous tenants. no towels available said they has run out. no washcloths in one of the rooms and no bath mat in one of the rooms.beds poorly made, sheet thrown over bed and not tucked

Very friendly staff. Big room. Clean. We slept ok after a long day at Disneys. Short walk to the main entrance. Shopping and restaurant possibilities nearby. Great price/value. Would visit again.

Convenient and clean

Not enough good put out for continental breakfast. Went when it opened , pretty much nothing there . Coffee never restocked in room

15 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland/California Adventure. The room was clean, albeit very dated and in need of updating-probably 20 years ago. At least cockroaches were not living in the holes in the bathroom wall-a small blessing-as far as we could tell..... The other thing that was nice, it was somewhat quiet-little street noise from Katella Avenue, after around Mid-night.

Everything else, except it gave us a place to sleep w/out bedbugs/roaches and the 15 minute walk to our destination. Otherwise, it was, a night-mareish experience. Before making the reservation, we asked about shuttle-service to the Disney Resort. The purpose of our trip was to rondevoux with our family and take our three grandson's to the Disney resort all day Monay-they were at the Grand Californian and this was litterally the second to the last room in the last resort adjacent to the Disney resort that was available-being spring break 2013. When we called, before making the reservation we were promised that the front desk would explain everything about shuttle service to the Disney Resort. Based on the location and this very singular fact, we make the reservation. Upon arrival, the clerk was dombfounded that we would even ask for information about the shuttle service. He actually quizzed US-who did we talk to etc. Then the gentleman said: well, the bus stop is across the street in front of Denny's- go there-that's all. It gave me the impression he was trying to defend himself-I.E. Get them to reserve a room and they got you... That proved to be true. The first room we were given, the bed was broken. Then we hassled the clerk to get a second room; that room had no night standing lamp and no coffee maker and only one set of towels for two people. That took almost 45 minutes to get straitenend out. We searched for even a yellow-pages-every drawer in the place was empty, not a single advertisement flyer for a restaurant etc, even a telephone directory to look up-like the local shuttle service to the Disney Resort. Even motel 6 gives you that. Then we asked for a back-up roll of toilet paper-the clerk first refused...wasn't there one in the room already? The night clerk, finally, supplied us with a back-up roll of toilet paper. The next morning, we came down to the continental breakfast they offer- get this 7:30-9:00 A.M.

Great location. Close to art (Anaheim Resort Transit) that drops you off in front of Disneyland. Easy to cut through staff parking lot and go to downtown Disney& both parks. Close to restaurants & convention center as well. Buy all day bus pass (ART)and ride all over Anaheim. Very worth it!!! Fridge, microwave & coffee pot in room. Great value. Staff was very friendly.

Air conditioner in room 202 did not work. Thankfully you are able to open the window all the way. Would not stay here in warm weather. Not sure if other rooms would be better, we will stay here again for sure, just not when it's hot. Very good value for the money though.

Good staff, thery friendly, willing to answer any question. Near Disney Land. If you like to walk and it is your last day you can pay half price from Disney parking fee to keep you car in the Motel parking. Internet conection acceptable. There is a Denis restaurant cross the street and more others option, no need for the car. Big room.

Avoid room 216 and 116 they are on the street. It is like you are on the street and try to take a nap ! Old motel, not so clean. Thin wall .Poor breakfast, no place to seat to have breakfast ! if more than 2 person present

Room had no remote control or iron/board, was able to get an iron from office, 1st one was broken, 2nd one worked but no board.

Just the location.

It was not clean. The beds were broken down and metel rodes were holding them up and we skins are ankles on them. The breakfast left alot to be desired. No toaster, 2 kinds of sweet cereal, milk, sweet rolls, and croissant. No butter or jam. or fruit. The location was the only good thing about the motel, I wouldn't recommend it or stay there again.
