Valet parking $50/ per day
Cost of limo was high when I had asked front desk to order a taxi to Amtrak station. Nice ride but pricey.
Location and staff were great. Nice restaurant next door.
Wi-fi was slow/non-existing all 5 days. One elevator out of order. The approval on the other expired 4 months before our visit. Seating
Good location. Nice hotel.
The windows did not close properly and being in a busy area, there is a high noise and pollution level. Security/ controlled access should be increased.
The size and comfort of the room,
-Free wifi is super slow and unstable. -Change type of fragrance used in the room (in-room smell was ok but i think better smell can make guest have a relaxed and impressive feeling)
-location is the best. Just take 5 mins from Powell st. BART station to the hotel. Close to cable car and sightseeing bus stops (I went with Bigbus) -safe place for solo traveller -I got a room as per my request; upper floor and on the courtyard side which are good for light sleeper. -helpful staffs with proper manners. The staff named Lilibeth is kind.
The water pressure in a shower was really low. I barely could take a shower.
- location - price
Hotel itself could generally use a bit of a facelift. One of the elevators was broken for the whole 5 days we stayed there. Complimentary WiFi was unusable, kept logging out and wouldn't let you log back in.
Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed.
I love that this in the middle of everything! Enjoyed the view... Extremely cozy for three adults. Bell hop was super friendly. Was greeted each and every time we entered and exited.
Wifi wasn't great, had to call someone in the hallway to get a signal.
Great room, clean and comfortable
Noise out of the window at floor 2, facing the street
Could hear a bit of noise from street in the middle of night.
Loved the large rooms we had & the cleanliness of the rooms & the facility. Staff were friendly & very professional.
The day we left we saw a bug in our bathroom, not sure if it was a bed bug or some sort of other bug. I looked it up to see if it was a bed bug and it didn't seem like it was. Hopefully they have people taking care of that.
We stayed for Valentines day and it was a great experience. Its in a great location right next to union square and right around the corner is the Trolley station where you can get on. Our room was in a great location and very quiet as it was facing the courtyard.
The room was small with no view. For same money I'd rather stay at another boutique hotel.
Location is great if you want easy access to the city. I also liked the size of the hotel - it isn't a massive place with 600 rooms.
- Shower hardly mounted to the wall - you cannot regulate what to wash - WiFi works quite badly, some rooms do not have WiFi signal at all - They have a program to refund you 5$ if you refuse room service for a day - it does not work
- refrigerator in the room - good location in city
The free wifi is downright slow (<2Mb/s), and there are no wired connections in the room. I expected more when I heard this place wanted to be "techie friendly" ...
Love being in the heart of downtown with easy access to everything and plenty of restaurants and shopping
Air conditioner was noisy and room was quite small
Perfectly placed in the heart of downtown, next to BART station and cable car, free wifi (but don't expect fast connection)
entry smallest room kinda small but well worth the upgrade to next level room
location size off room and very very friendly staff
even though I do not smoke, the room smells so they apply punishment. both without needing to show proof.
The room was cold, heat wasn't working. The free Wi-Fi was a joke....awful. Price for the room was not consistent with the quality. We're now paying the same price at the Marriott Waikiki with an ocean view and three times the room!
Location was good. Staff were very friendly. We liked the restaurant attached to the hotel... Pucini's.
that I could not stay longer.
My room was very nice I had a good sized table to do my work at. Hotel staff was wonderful and very accomadating. shower was great, large bathroom bed was comfortable.
We missed breakfast beacuse we are used to that from Europe. The elevator didnt work all the time
Room was great although a little small! Just enough room for suitcases to lay on floor on opened. BUT, would stay again.
An excellent location, great rooms, had no trouble with accessing the wifi at a good speed. Asked for a quiet room and got just that. All in all happy with our stay and would again.
The hotel seems to be renewed just recently, but with a great mordern taste and consideration for its costomers. The rooms are super comfy for its price. The staff are simply the best I've ever met in my trip, very friendly and helpful. Last but not least, the location cannot be more convenient for shoppers. My friends liked San Francisco, but were unwilling to leave this hotel.
Small room for the price that we are paying.
excellent location and staffs are helpful that our needs are well taken care off.
It was a very small room, definitely not worth $159 for the night. The window opened to view a wall. The elevators were very slow.
