The location was absolutely perfect!!! We had a great time and the rooms were very nice. It took 45 minutes to get our car and we had a dinner reservation |

Great location, close to Union Square and Moscone, very nicely refurbished, lots of space in the rooms, impressive for the category, Wi-Fi included, very good price, great bed and pillows, huge flat screen tv, coffee machine in the room, large bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, I love that bar (also Italian restaurant) that you can access from the lobby They mixed up receiving my mail that I was expecting (signed for it but forgot to hand to me - not a big deal really), no proper restaurant (but I don't complain) |

The description of the room that was given before our booking was exactly the same as the actual room - it was quite excellent. We were well looked after by a very friendly and courteous staff, who conducted themselves in a very professional manner - however we did not have to 'put them to the test' very often as our requirements of them were minimal. The location was exactly what we were looking for, right in the middle of things. We have a saying in the UK that 'it does exactly what it says on the tin' - meaning that we got everything that we thought that we were getting and that we were supposed to get. We made a good choice and had absolutely no complaints at all. Well done! |

Clean room good shower City noise very disruptive to sleep. I actually got up the next A.M. to find out where street work was being done. |

Good layout of the room. Very friendly staff. Nice, spacious bathroom. Great location. Air conditioning was noisy. Hotel did not have extra blankets for pull-out sofa bed. |

The room set up was very comfortable and allowed for eating, watching a movie and playing a game with my kids. And the bed/bedding was very nice. The smell in the room was not great; we brought in a few gardenias from the flower stand and it did the trick. |

We appreciated the entire staff--they were cordial and helpful. the location was central and easily accessible to all of San Francisco.The rooms were nicely decorated--with plenty of pillows and bath linens. |

The staff were very attentive, friendly, couteous and helpful. The location is ideal for San Francisco...very close to the Cable Car and Union Square and the bart station. Decor was good and the room very clean and modernised. |

De ligging van het hotel is fantastisch, een zijstraat van de toegang naar veel gezelligheid, mooie winkels, goed openbaarvervoer om de rest van de stad te bereiken. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en aardig.'s morgens kon je lekker koffie of thee halen in de lobby. Perfect om met wat oudere kinderen de stad te bezoeken. Wij sliepen in de urban suite. Kingsize bed was fantastisch, het uitschuifbare sofa bed te klein voor 2 pubers en erg veel spiralen te voelen van het onderbed. Onze kinderen zijn 12 en 16 jaar. |

Het hotel ligt heel centraal in de stad (vlakbij Union Square), de kamers zijn relatief klein maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Je kunt er gratis internet op je kamer krijgen en anders is er een gratis business center waar je gebruik van kunt maken. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam. Het museum of modern arts en allerhande winkels liggen op loopafstand en de beroemde cable cars vertrekken om de hoek. De stations van de metro (Muni) en Bart trein liggen om de hoek, zodat jemakkelijk en snel bij het vliegveld kunt komen. De kamers waren best warm, ook al was het buiten niet zo warm. Hou er rekening mee dat je er geen ontbijt kunt krijgen, maar er zijn genoeg zaakjes in de buurt om lekker te ontbijten. |
