Rigtig god stemning overalt. Da vi ankom lørdag aften var der kæmpe fødseldagsfest med dj I lobbyen...... Er aldrig tidligere ankommet til et hotel hvor man skal råbe til receptionisten - men de lovede os at der intet var at høre på vores værelse på 5 etage. Der var helt ro! Kaffebaren I samme bygning besøgte vi hver dag, både deres cappucino og latte er absolut I verdensklasse. Fantastisk personale I reception - vi ville gerne finde en god mexikansk restaurant, og personalet søgte både på internet og videregav egne erfaringer. Vi tog ud I byen med 3 forskellige muligheder, og endte på små intime steder som vi aldrig selv havde fundet! Broadway ligger 30 meter fra hotellet og den fører direkte til Times Square med masser af liv:-) Hotellet er nyåbnet og restaurant var ikke åbnet. Dog kunne vi købe morgenmad |

Dejligt stort og veludstyret værelse. Personalet særdeles venligt og hjælpsomt. Central beliggenhed, tæt på metrostation. Bedre belysning ved de såkaldte computer-labs. |

Der var en fantastisk service fra personalets side - de gav sig tid og var parat til at hjælpe med alt. Jeg havde fødselsdag mens vi var der - da de fandt ud af dette stod der pludselig en flaske rødvin og en lykønskning sågar på dansk |

The atmosphere was great: lots of young, hip, chic, crazy, artsy people around and the bar downstairs seems to be very popular with outside guests as well. Staff was really friendly and ready to help. The room, while very nice and completely in style with the hotel, did not have much space for clothes |

super good location, extremely helpful staff, funky rooms with small, clever details...just loved the place! bathroom was really clean, modern and spaceous, but the shower was tiny |

really cool atmosphere; very responsive staff the room was really hot/stuffy - and we couldn't turn down the heater, because the building was set to heat (no A/C). so we had to get a fan and open our window |

Great desing and atmosphere altough for the price, it looks more to me like a trendy/chic youth hostel than a real 4* hotel. But, comfy rooms, easy-going staff and great location. |

The atmosphere; the friendliness of the staff; great restaurant recommendations from the staff; great, lively bar; original features; extremely comfortable; excellent location. Really good value (bunk bed room). I would definitely stay here again. The room was fairly dark (I think this is a feature of the hotel to add to the "edgy, boutique" atmosphere) but we were immediately provided with a spare floor lamp when we asked - which was all we needed. Perfect. |

A good location; good food; helpful staff; comfortable bed; clean attractive bathroom with shower and nice thick towels. Our key cards didn't work for first day and a half; room too warm even with thermostat off, and beds had only blanket and comforter, no lighter sheet. Expensive for the spartan "budget" room; food pricey. |

Upon arrival, the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. I throughly enjoyed my stay at the "ACE". Yes, I was interested in booking a reservation for the Christmas holiday 2009, unfortunately, I was told that I could not request my same room "214" as the room provided during my past weekend stay. |

The hotel has been beautifully decorated and the staff were always ready to help. It was in a good location to most attractions too, very walkable. No nothing at all!! |

Great staff very small, poorly designed rooms. 2 of the 5 nights we stayed at the hotel the heat in our room went up to 90 degrees. |

The staff was great! The lounge during the evening was enjoyable with a nice international crowd. Great coffee shop too! They didn't have our booking.com reservation in their system at the front desk when we got there, despite my call to them the night before confirming the reservation. But the 20 minute wait in the lobby was worth the upgrade to a Standard room from the Bunk room we had reserved! The air conditioning could have worked better. |

Location, quality of fixtures/fittings all excellent. The staff were very efficient and on the whole very pleasant, making for a very enjoyable stay. Please review the cost of foods/beverages and refreshments available. In a city with endless choice of food and budget I felt what was on offer was limited and overpriced. |

the lobby is great in the morning, early afternoon with atmosphere and energy. Breakfast to buy is excellent. The coffee shop next door excellent. Staff is nice and helpful. Young and trendy atmosphere in general. Too loud and noisy music in the evening in the lobby especially from thursday to sunday. Do not play so noisy and loud music in the evenings. Would be nice with fitness center. Dark inside hotel in general with limited views from rooms. |
