病気になった時の対応が未熟。サービスが売りでは無いホテルなんで仕方が無い。

インテリアや周辺雑貨、毛布にPendletonを使用するなど、細部にこだわりが見られる。ファッション- 業界の人にピッタリ。

Very cool scene. Good drinks, good crowd, good music. Gym has a speed bag and punching bag, which are really fun - but bring tape or something to protect the skin on your knuckles.

Rooms are a little small for the price.

It is a beautiful hotel. Attention attached to details is obvious: everything has been smartly thought. The décor is perfect. The bed linen were soft with a good quality mattress. The wine well chosen... And we had a turntable and records in our bedroom! Gigs and DJs play at night in the hall, warm and welcoming... It is the perfect place to stay in NYC!

They do listen and actually caters to your personal preferences. We asked for a quiet room on the higher levels upon booking. Both requests were attended effortlessly despite full occupancy during the easter weekends. All staffs from front desk to housekeeping are always friendly and helpful. We love the skirt steak at Breslin and of course the coffee at Stumpstown.. The aroma from the cafe just draws u in.. I have every wonderful thing to say about this hotel except this is not the place for u if u fancy bright environment. Lobby is dark n noisy regardless of day or night, actually reminds me of the back drop of an old school vampire movie. Rooms are dark too with no exception. Dark n cosy for me but was a constant pain to my sister staying with me. Full of character n personality, Ace is more than an ordinary hotel! Super convenient, stone throw away from everything!!!

I really enjoyed the laid back look of all of the workers. They were anything but laid back tho. The darkness of the main lobby got on my nerves as did the noise. The quiet time was a premium, and my dinky room was little relief. Overall it was nice enough. I didn't like the iron falling onto my foot, and the clothes rack sucked. The shower deal was so hard to operate, either on freeze or scald. For the price it was good enough. But there were few extras. Why not room coffee? Waiting in line for a 1/2 hour every am was a pain in the ass. What's wrong with putting guest first? Huh? Even the lobby was mainly people from the streets.

It's a hip NY hotel that's comfortable and well located for midtown.

Bit noisy on a Saturday night.

The look of it is glorious, funny, trendy and the music played was for the true music lover. This is the main reason we went there and to give our children a sense of the thrill of trendy Manhattan. This worked.

As paying customers of the hotel, there were rarely places for us to sit in the foyer. Many people seemed to just be on their Apple's for long periods of time and they did not appear to be staying at the hotel. This seems wrong on all levels.

Fun to visit, less fun to stay. Staff very patchy from very switched on to not switched on at all.

Very stylish yet not too pretentious. Great location too.
