Cheap Roomの二段ベッドのある部屋に友人と宿泊しましたが、オシャレで立地もよく、コストパフォーマンス的に- も大満足でした。日本人には問題ない広さだと思います。また1階ロビーにはバーもあり、オシャレな外国人で- 溢れてます。次回も是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。 雰囲気作りだとは思うのですが、若干照明が暗い。インターネット（Wifi）のスピードが遅い。 |

ハローインの土曜日の午前10時にチェックインしたが、予約した2段ベッドの（一番安い）部屋が空いてなか- ったが、QuinBEdサイズの部屋を調整してもらった。 場所は、マンハッタンの中では、それ程いい所ではなく、昼間はちょっと怖い感じもしたが、値段を考えれば仕- 方ない。地下鉄もすぐちかくになり、十分。部屋も、値段の割にはGood.コストパーフォーマンスは、間違なくいいい。出張旅費が厳しいときには、是非泊まりたい。もうちょっとまと- もなホテルに泊まろうと思ったら、今回の一泊300ドルから、450ドルくらいはださないとだめ（特に、ハ- イシーズンには? |

いわゆるリノベーションホテル。ロビーでは、サブカル的（？）な人が多くくつろいでおり、妖しげな雰囲気も- 。部屋の内装はロフト風で一見おしゃれだが、使い辛いが、ポットや栓抜きが部屋にあり助かりました。場所は- 、28町目の地下鉄の駅から約３０ｍで便利。 |

雰囲気が素敵でした。ロビーの雰囲気も素敵で、予想以上の良さでした。スタッフの方々も爽やかでどんな質問- にも答えてくれました。土曜日の夜に泊まったのですが、ロビーではパーティーが開かれており、楽しげな雰囲- 気がありました。部屋はデザインがお洒落で、とても素敵でした。場所もいいし、またニューヨークに来るとき- は利用しようと思います。ただ、雰囲気が若いのでゆっくり静かにしたい方は違うところでも良いかもしれませ- ん。 部屋の照明が少し暗いぐらいですね（笑 |

デザイナーズホテルといった感じでとにかく雰囲気がおしゃれでした。タイムズスクエアやユニオンスクエアに- も歩いていけるし、地下鉄の駅もすぐそばでした。２８th streetが問屋街っぽくて少し治安が心配でしたが、夜遅く歩いても恐い目にあうことはありませんでした- 。 |

スタッフさんがみんな素敵なヒトで、とてもフレンドリーな方々でした★部屋はホテルというより現地アパート- に滞在している感じです。とても清潔でシンプルなお部屋で快適にステイすることができました★ 予約がきちんと取れていなかったようで、少しチェックインに時間がかかりましたが少し広い部屋に変えてくれ- たようでした★スタンダードに６泊し、一泊の値段がだいたい税金を含めると２５０だったので正直、この値段- でこのお部屋か・・・とはじめは思ったりもしましたが、スタッフさんの対応や部屋の清潔さ、ロケーション等- 含めるとやはり妥当なお値段だったかなと思います。 |

チェックインの時に予約がないと言われ驚きました。予約確認書を見せると、奥の部屋へ入って行き、かなり待- たされました。謝罪の言葉はなかったのですが、少し広い部屋に変えてくれたようです。でもバスタブがなくシ- ャワーのみの部屋でした。それ以外は、スタッフの対応も申し分なく、お部屋も清潔で気持ちよく滞在できまし- た。 |

The atmosphere was great: lots of young, hip, chic, crazy, artsy people around and the bar downstairs seems to be very popular with outside guests as well. Staff was really friendly and ready to help. The room, while very nice and completely in style with the hotel, did not have much space for clothes |

really cool atmosphere; very responsive staff the room was really hot/stuffy - and we couldn't turn down the heater, because the building was set to heat (no A/C). so we had to get a fan and open our window |

Great desing and atmosphere altough for the price, it looks more to me like a trendy/chic youth hostel than a real 4* hotel. But, comfy rooms, easy-going staff and great location. |

The atmosphere; the friendliness of the staff; great restaurant recommendations from the staff; great, lively bar; original features; extremely comfortable; excellent location. Really good value (bunk bed room). I would definitely stay here again. The room was fairly dark (I think this is a feature of the hotel to add to the "edgy, boutique" atmosphere) but we were immediately provided with a spare floor lamp when we asked - which was all we needed. Perfect. |

A good location; good food; helpful staff; comfortable bed; clean attractive bathroom with shower and nice thick towels. Our key cards didn't work for first day and a half; room too warm even with thermostat off, and beds had only blanket and comforter, no lighter sheet. Expensive for the spartan "budget" room; food pricey. |

Upon arrival, the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. I throughly enjoyed my stay at the "ACE". Yes, I was interested in booking a reservation for the Christmas holiday 2009, unfortunately, I was told that I could not request my same room "214" as the room provided during my past weekend stay. |

The staff was great! The lounge during the evening was enjoyable with a nice international crowd. Great coffee shop too! They didn't have our booking.com reservation in their system at the front desk when we got there, despite my call to them the night before confirming the reservation. But the 20 minute wait in the lobby was worth the upgrade to a Standard room from the Bunk room we had reserved! The air conditioning could have worked better. |

Location, quality of fixtures/fittings all excellent. The staff were very efficient and on the whole very pleasant, making for a very enjoyable stay. Please review the cost of foods/beverages and refreshments available. In a city with endless choice of food and budget I felt what was on offer was limited and overpriced. |
