The design and decoration is great, very original. Good situation. Terrible problems with checking and charges in our credit cards. We had to make a deposit of $100 per room and night, and we hadn´t been informed. They also made a mistake assigning rooms, so we needed to change...Result: a 2-hour check-in. Nice hotel, but our experience was not good the first day... |

The hotel is brand new and was not completely finished when we stayed there (April 16.-19. 2009). The only things that weren't finished yet were the lobby, the restaurant and the outside which made the hotel a bit difficult to find. But it's going to be the most beutiful place - they've renovated the old lobby's floors and ceiling from 1904. Our room was fantastic - big room with nice bathroom. None - we just loved the place! |

L'accueil cool mais excellent du personnel, la taille de la chambre (rare à ny), et l'ambiance générale. Bonne situation géographique. Les travaux sont bientôt terminés... Les essais d'alarmes incendie.... |

Bijzondere inrichtig en sfeer van lobby en kamer, vintage design. Zeer ruime, mooie kamer, uitzicht op Empire State building. Upgrade gekregen inclusief eenvoudig ontbijt (restaurant was nog niet klaar). Hotel was 1 week open en nog niet helemaal klaar (faciliteiten als restaurant / coffee bar / computerruimte waren nog niet open) dit was ons echter wel vooraf bekend dus heeft niet tot teleurstelling geleid. |

Se trata de un hotel recién abierto, reforma de un hotel anterior. Por este motivo se encuentra en muy buen estado, nuevo y limpio.Las habitaciones son originales, con una combinación curiosa entre diseño moderno y retro. El personal fue muy amable. De momento tiene poco rodaje y no había abierto el bar de abajo, por lo que los desayunos se daban en una habitación habilitada para ello en una de las plantas. Es un edificio de poca altura, por lo que desde las habitaciones interiores se escuchan las máquinas de aire del patio, al menos desde un 3º se escuchaba aunque no llegaba a resultar demasiado molesto. Aún así mejor exteriores. |

la situation de l'hotel est parfaite ( a coté de Macys, de l'empire state et de time square), lors de mon séjour fin avril 2009 l'hotel était encore en travaux et l'entrée se faisant coté employés, mais ce contre temps a été largement compensé par la gratuité des chambres et la gentillesse de tout le personnel |

acceuil particulierement chaleureux de la part du staff de l' hotel dynamique, disponible ,à l' écoute et aidant. l' hotel est situé à quelques pas seulement de l' empire state building ; decor contemporain urban ; on s' y sent bien |
