Trevlig personal som var väldigt hjälpsam. De kan nog uppfattas som lite arroganta, men det är nog lite av deras image. Väldigt trendiga och snygga. När vi kom dit med taxin så kom en kille ut och tog ut våra väskor i bagaget innan vi hade hunnit ut ens. Han väntade under tiden vi checkade in och visade oss sedan rummet och dess faciliteter (dricksa ca. 5-10 dollar). Ett stort plus för kaffestället intill, Stumptown, det är annars ganska svårt att hitta bra kaffe i NY. Restaurangen är lite väl dyr. Vi åt frukost där en morgon och betalade 350-400 kr för en skål med gröt, en med yoghurt, två kaffe och två croissanter. Fast gott var det ju så klart. Sängen var otroligt skön. Fanns bra utbud av filmer som man kunde se för en hundring/st. Det var väldigt varmt på rummet, luftkonditioneringen fungerade dåligt. Fönstret gick att öppna (hade rum med fönster mot en liten innergård), men då hördes öväsen från diverse lufttrummor utanför. Det gick dock att stå ut med. Duschen var lite jobbig då det antingen kom iskallt eller skållhett vatten. |

Läget på hotellet, priset och suverän service. Rummen var små och det var mycket lyhört utifrån gatan. Tag med öronproppar. |

Vi var väldigt nöjda med detta hotell. Bra läge mittemmellan Uptown och Downtown. Hotellet hade väldigt häftig design och rummen var riktigt coola. |

The atmosphere was great: lots of young, hip, chic, crazy, artsy people around and the bar downstairs seems to be very popular with outside guests as well. Staff was really friendly and ready to help. The room, while very nice and completely in style with the hotel, did not have much space for clothes |

super good location, extremely helpful staff, funky rooms with small, clever details...just loved the place! bathroom was really clean, modern and spaceous, but the shower was tiny |

really cool atmosphere; very responsive staff the room was really hot/stuffy - and we couldn't turn down the heater, because the building was set to heat (no A/C). so we had to get a fan and open our window |

Great desing and atmosphere altough for the price, it looks more to me like a trendy/chic youth hostel than a real 4* hotel. But, comfy rooms, easy-going staff and great location. |

The atmosphere; the friendliness of the staff; great restaurant recommendations from the staff; great, lively bar; original features; extremely comfortable; excellent location. Really good value (bunk bed room). I would definitely stay here again. The room was fairly dark (I think this is a feature of the hotel to add to the "edgy, boutique" atmosphere) but we were immediately provided with a spare floor lamp when we asked - which was all we needed. Perfect. |

A good location; good food; helpful staff; comfortable bed; clean attractive bathroom with shower and nice thick towels. Our key cards didn't work for first day and a half; room too warm even with thermostat off, and beds had only blanket and comforter, no lighter sheet. Expensive for the spartan "budget" room; food pricey. |

Upon arrival, the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. I throughly enjoyed my stay at the "ACE". Yes, I was interested in booking a reservation for the Christmas holiday 2009, unfortunately, I was told that I could not request my same room "214" as the room provided during my past weekend stay. |

The hotel has been beautifully decorated and the staff were always ready to help. It was in a good location to most attractions too, very walkable. No nothing at all!! |

Great staff very small, poorly designed rooms. 2 of the 5 nights we stayed at the hotel the heat in our room went up to 90 degrees. |

The staff was great! The lounge during the evening was enjoyable with a nice international crowd. Great coffee shop too! They didn't have our booking.com reservation in their system at the front desk when we got there, despite my call to them the night before confirming the reservation. But the 20 minute wait in the lobby was worth the upgrade to a Standard room from the Bunk room we had reserved! The air conditioning could have worked better. |

Location, quality of fixtures/fittings all excellent. The staff were very efficient and on the whole very pleasant, making for a very enjoyable stay. Please review the cost of foods/beverages and refreshments available. In a city with endless choice of food and budget I felt what was on offer was limited and overpriced. |

The hotel was different to any that I have stayed at before. The rooms were unique and excellently furnished and the staff were very helpful. |

the lobby is great in the morning, early afternoon with atmosphere and energy. Breakfast to buy is excellent. The coffee shop next door excellent. Staff is nice and helpful. Young and trendy atmosphere in general. Too loud and noisy music in the evening in the lobby especially from thursday to sunday. Do not play so noisy and loud music in the evenings. Would be nice with fitness center. Dark inside hotel in general with limited views from rooms. |
