Nice area of town, good local coffee & services, very close to bell street cruise terminal, down hill too.
The bed was very comfy. Complimentary toiletries were very nice. Overall experience and vibe of the place was cool
Breakfast options were a bit limited and the granola was too sweet. From the Ace experience one might expect home made granola.
Great minimalist rooms and well thought out snack/drink collection. Great location. Brilliant stumptown and waffles for breakfast.
Can be a little noisy so perhaps better for younger travellers.
Many design hotels fail big, This one is completely the opposite, just perfect.
View from 3rd floor of port of Seattle Handy for Pike Place market Gluten free bread provided on request Clean and friendly
Location Breakfast Hygiene Friendly staff
Noise from traffic (window open because of no airco)
We stayed here for 3 nights & loved it. The position is great, staff are helpful and the room was clean and well kitted out. We used the shared bathrooms, which were good - available, clean with nice products to boot! Will be back to an Ace hotel in the future....
I loved the Belltown neighborhood which is a residential area close with restaurants, bike shops and close to Pike Place and downtown. Price is great, staff very helpful (even carried my bike up the stairs). Safe area, great walking.
Bars can be noisy some evenings.
We liked the location, the welcome from the front desk upon arrival, the informality of the staff and the hotel itself. The breakfast room provided all that we needed for a free and easy to prepare breakfast. The room was well appointed with all the facilities that we required, it was quiet, and if we were to visit Seattle again we would certainly stay at the Ace Hotel.
The steep flight of stairs upon arrival and departure was a bit of a chore, but attentive staff were there to assist as required.
Unique. Welcoming and helpful staff, variety in rooms, great continental breakfast, quiet and clean. Not far from the main attractions of Seattle.
Air conditioning filter needed to be changed.
The decor is nice, the view from my room was really amazing (view on the waterfront)
Noisy, super noisy AC, the breakfast (included) was "meh" (nothing special), a lot of problems with the wifi
Had to carry cases up steps
Great location. Nice & quiet. Awesome breakfasts - DIY waffles were superb. Very clean & tidy, well serviced. Great front desk staff too. As Arnie said "I'll be back".
Lugging suitcaes up the stairs! But the staff came to our aide without prompting.
Very cozy and clean room. Simple and modern. There is seriously nothingt to complait about! Even the shared bathrooms were so nice that you just wanted to stay there!
Fun, funky, cute place worth every penny!
The old world charm was lovely. Staff were most helpful.
Lack of tea/coffee facilities in room
This hotel is close to major attractions
There is no elevator in this hotel. We were helped by the staff member (who was very helpful and friendly).
Good location with a friendly staff.
Clean and quiet!
I fell in love with the philosophy of ACE Hotels and the exquisite decoration of every last detail.
Proximity to downtown Seattle and good Belltown nightlife.
Rooms are a bit small but certainly big enough.
Kind of rude staff. The new guy being trained was being treated poorly by senior front desk person.
Location is great. Front desk is friendly.
Rooms were tired and worn. Priced like a full service hotel. Facilities like a hostel.
Belltown (and Ace) have its own attitude which I enjoyed the most. Thanks for the great stay! I will be coming back. Staff is really friendly and excellent with questions.
Be careful if you're a light sleeper on the street side ... some of the rooms can get some noise since the bar is right downstairs.
The staff were very helpful. Despite having no bathroom in the room the actual bathroom eere wonderful and plenty of them. Very close to the harbour for the Clipper to Victoria. Fantastic wifi. Great city.
My only beef is that I thought it could be about $10-$15 cheaper. Otherwise fantastic place.
