TV was not working.
I have always been anew ace fan. I have stayed in all locations starting about 9 years ago. the price for the location was very good.
I noticed that this location hadn't been updated since I was here many years ago. The horse muraLos peeling, themail rugs are worn through, the bedding was pilling and nonlyoger white.I wasmall ranting about how much I loved it to my new bf and was a little embarrassed when I saw the state Of it.
It was an overpriced hostel.
Nice staff, fun atmosphere, easy to walk most places.
Not the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, but great value for the price.
I liked how the layout of the hotel a lot.
I didn't think the bed was actually King size, felt smaller.
Personal service -- greatly appreciated.
First time visiting Seattle and first time at an Ace Hotel- both great! Clean, comfortable and convenient hotel, little extra touches giving it some spank too! Will definitely come back or stay at another in their chain.
The size of the bed is a bit too small for two people, so we didn't really sleep very comfortably.
Ace is a great place to stay.
Little noisy on the street side.
Great location, aesthetic with great front desk staff.
Bed too small
great location. friendly, helpful staff. excellent continental breakfast.
room was small, and a bit dirty (stains on walls and doors). no window in my room.
Shared washrooms are clean (but bring flip flops), and the bathrobes provided in the rooms made the washroom trips easier without getting fully dressed to walk down hall. Best included breakfast I come across, waffle machine, 2 types of yogurt and granola, stumpown coffee ect... Would come back here again!
The perfect walk to pike place and the space needle. cozy rooms and very quiet. Love the wall paper in the restrooms. VERY Clean, and friendly staff!
breakfast was okay but could have had more selection, and was kinda disappoint that there wasn't a bathroom in every room.
The hotel is situated in Belltown, lots of places to eat and walking distance to downtown Seattle Ideal for solo travelers with a small budget
It's not on-suite Breakfast is rather limited, I went out to get breakfast
Comfortable, not expensive, close to famous market place.
A bit far from city centre, no private bath and toilet.
Comfortable, clean, stylish hotel in an excellent location with great staff!
I liked the waffle thingy at breakfast. The room was cozy. The room has character and not like this impersonal rooms you can find in other hotels.
hipster style, youthful, good location in Belltown & close to downtown, good Stumptown coffee for free during breakfast
some street noise and music from downstairs bar (bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper), traffic and lack of street parking close by during the day, only carbs (waffle, bread, cereal) available for free breakfast
Second time at the Ace in Seattle. Great location, nice, clean and comfortable.
The staff were friendly who checked us in and out, and the cleaning staff. Just experienced what I percieved to be indifference by the 2 other staff who I brought the noise issue to. Neither offered to come to the room to listen. StumpTown coffee was nice in the morning.
I requested the quiet room, but after a long day of travel and sight seeing I felt like a prisoner having to listen to neighbouring business' music full on for 3 hours; it made the floor vibrate. After an hour in the room the music got even louder. I was listening to the tv at the same volume the music was coming in. At first the staff suggested it was a car?? Later, I was asked if I wanted to call the business?? I offered to leave to go to another hotel but was advised I would be charged for the room. I had a poor experience at the Ace hotel in nyc, but wanted to support their business so tried again... No more Ace hotel for me. And I can not recommend if you want to be able to relax a bit and sleep. I regret not paying an additional $40 for a different hotel. Oh well...
The location is good that you can walk to famous place like Farmer Market. Starbucks Original. etc by feet. The staff is so nice and helpful. Room is modern and bed is easy to sleep.
Share with shower.
individual design of rooms, no typical american carpet floor, sights in walking distance, bathrobes in rooms, clean rooms and clean shared washrooms
at night: noisy surrounding (even when windows closed), no parking/parking expensive
Hotel is looking a bit worn but I understand that they will be doing some renovations.
