The staff was very helpful. The location was perfect, just outside union square walkable to any dining and shopping you could want. Beds comfortable. Bar nice. Design of the place very mod. The rooms are TINY. Bathrooms feel like the are right there no separation. No PPV movies or cable movie channels. No mini fridge.

Room decor, comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service hours only until 10:30. Calling at 10:25 I was denied service. A little concerning being out late by myself in the area around the hotel. Took taxi's mostly so no as much of an issue. Would feel better if I needed to use my card to activate the elevator.

Funky little hotel that was very close to the Square. Staff was great from the front desk to the parking attendants. Room was spacious, clean and very nicely designed and furnished. So many homeless people as soon as you leave the hotel asking for money. Not the fault of the hotel but that is my only negative comment.

I loved the location. The room was extremely comfortable with an excellent bed and linens. Loved the natural light from the many windows. Ordered room service at 6:30am and although the food was excellent and hot, the staff member did not leave salt, pepper or any hot sauce. I didn't notice until I started eating and felt it would get cold before he was able to bring some. Also I needed to print a boarding pass but they have no business center. It was a bit awkward using the comp behind the concierge desk.

I like the green motif. It's very pleasing to the eyes. The hotel staff, except one, greet the guests with smiles on their faces. There was a poker-faced girl at the reception - not very helpful when she told me i was left behind by a tourist bus. It was a tour I asked the hotel to arrange for me. She made an eyebrow-raising suggestion that I run to the tourist travel agency office (I don't know where it is) to demand a refund. I had to ask her to call the agency instead and make changes in the arrangement.

Customer service was superb. The staff is what really makes for an enjoyable experience. GREAT STAFF. Thank you! I did not like that the hotel was undergoing renovations. My hotel room had a faucet that would slowly leak on top of he counter. The room's poor paint job was not done by professionals. I believe that once the renovations are complete, & a proper maintenance plan is in place, followed by management walk throughs of the bedrooms would greatly benefit this hotel.

The staff were very attentive and efficient, the hotel and room were well presented and clean, service in the public areas/bars etc was good. There are plenty of delis, diners and a Walgreens close to the hotel. Nothing about the hotel.

The front desk and bell hop/parking staff were wonderful. They were helpful and efficient, as well as always pleasant! The location is great for Theater and shopping. Housekeeping was unresponsive to requests and the halls were freezing because they kept leaving the doors to the outside open.

Angela at the front desk was very lovely. Good location. Felt safe inside Noisy outside our room in the morning as we were near the lift. Bathtub not big enough to call itself a real bathtub. We got a decent price. Otherwise I think it would be too expensive for value

Excellent staff, great breakfast, very comfortable bed, quiet room, well-equipped fitness center, convenient location. Business center is sub-standard compared to other hotels in this price range. Fitness center also needs workout mats and exercise balls.

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Clearly, the hotel has been recently renovated, so all the fittings were new and tasteful. The staff were attentive and helpful. It was really close to my conference, and easy to get anywhere, due to it's closeness to Union Square. The food was also good. As I was travelling on my own, I ate in the hotel a few times, and the food was top quality and interesting.

The staff was very helpful, especially Becca, who provided us directions to sources for a wide variety of items. We were unable to access the internet in the exercise room despite following the screen directions several times. This is minor: the safety latch in our room, 1209, has been partially pulled from the door.

Its location is great. You really should provide free internet service. The charge you require for this service "cheapens" the experience of staying at Hotel Adagio.
