Very good central location in San Francisco. Good and affordable Thai & Japan restaurants around. No noise from the streets in my room. People really use the ice machine in the corridor and this makes quite some sporadic noise. A ups shipment was not accepted for me, which was most unfortunate. This might not have happened had I informed ups about my room number in advance. |

It isn't in a good position. It's in the city centre but close to an aerea that is not really nice. |

It was a very good location the staff are very nice and the rooms clean and tidy. I think the breakfast wan`t up to much but that is a minor thing |

The Hotel is placed in the middle of Downtown; my room was clean and I didn't ear any noise during the night. The Breakfast is until 9.30 (we missed the first one). |

the location was perfect, nice rooms, but poor breakfast, ask for room 610 at the back side, it's a very quiet room! our car was towed away at the other side of the hotel, it cost us 238 $! always use the hotels parking zone. |

A ver, la zona es buenissima y esta en pleno centro, las instalaciones estan super bien, las habitaciones son muy limpias, comodas y diseñadas con muy buen gusto. El desayuno, sinceramente, da pena. Para el precio del hotel podrian poner aunque sea huevos, cereales, chocolate...se limita a pan de molde y zumo y cafe baratos. Otra cosa mala es que no tiene ordenadores ni wifi en las habitaciones...Para conectarte te tienes que ir a un bar de al lado que te cobran 5$ por 40minutos! |

El desayuno era suficiente por lo que representaba el precio.Y lo mejor para mí fué la ubicación. A sólo 3 cuadras de Unnion Square! La habitación era demasiado pequeña y muy fea la vista de la ventana.Los recepcionistas del Hotel no entendían español. |
