Tiny rooms; poor facilities; terrible breakfast.
Location is good.
The rooms were very hot
Easy access to everything most staff helpful and friendly
Parking would have been nice to know before hand that there isn't any and expensive for first timers
they have remodeled and the beds are comfortable.
very small rooms... not an area you want to be walking around outside after 10 pm.
Room was very small for the price. Too hot and no air conditioner.
Location Easy access to cable car, union square, market street.
The room is very hot, the fan is too weak to cool down the temperature
Hotel is well crean and not too far away to ge to the downtown.
Location. Tenderloin is still not good for night walking.
Location is great
Noise from the refrigerator during all night and the room was too hot
The Continental breakfast the options were so poor and no variety, was a turn off right @ the morning.
Building work training place on the foyer, not mentioned on internet Unable to park vehicle except for an extra fee. Breakfast non existant, coffee, bread and bananas
Location in town is the worst you can imagine (read about the neighborhood before booking!) Breakfast is just toasts and bananas, there is room for improvement here.
Had a large bed, but not much room. The bathroom was VERY small. Breakfast was VERY basic. EXPENSIVE. Hotel we had in L.A. was about half the price, extensive breakfast, and good size room, with TV that worked well
The bed & wifi were ok
Ongoing renovations so there was a big trash bin outside of the hotel & the front desk & the entire 1st flr was kind of a mess. Would not recommend it if you're staying more than 2 nights
Generally good, it's a small hotel so you can't expect more.
Coffe and juice machine not work well, people in breakfirst room waiting, but the two machine still sleeping.
Simple no frills but nice enough. safe with 24 hour staff on the front desk. Homeless around at night a bit scary but would stay again.
* Value for Money * Location * Clean room
* Floor and entrance are quite tacky * Needs renovating
, Staff was very good - friendly smiling and helpful
Breakfast was lousy, the hotel doesn't look good. The room is too small. The hallways were very dirty and old.
The hotel was a great deal. The room was updated and a good size. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed the location. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.
The only minor thing was the Wi-Fi was weak
Extra costs for parking made this extremely expensive for a very average hotel
Construction of lobby and many rooms during my stay resulted in this being a poor choice for the price. I felt like I was in a cheap hotel.
Location is ok
- Not very comfortable - Too expensive - You can find a much better hotel for this price
price breakfast building space in the room (NO SPACE), couldn't even open baggages!
price: more than 350 bucks for one night is really unreasonable, 100-150/night will be more reasonable and fit it's overall value.
venue is a bit dated for being newly remodeded great location
bit expensive for what you get
Birds walking on the side of our bedroom all night long..not convenient to sleep. Even though we know it s hard to do anything about it the front desk seemed reluctant to take that complaint. Room obviously unfinished(lamp being replaced on our 2nd day without telling us. Dirt on the wall due to the work done-not cleaned up after).
