Not exactly in city center, but not far from it. Room was rather small, but clean and great value for money. Noise level low. Breakfast selection (only toasts and muffins). |

the location, the kindness of the staff, the fact that they offer not to change the sheets every day to think green They did not have a single room so I upgraded to a suite (I did not need anyway). But the last day they had to transfer my luggage to another single room (without advance notice for me) because somebody booked the suite. When I came back to the hotel this last night the manager invited me in his office and kindly explained the situation giving me 28% on the last night (10 usd discount). Still I would have preffered to be advised in advance - it is an unpleasant experience. 2. The channels on the TV don't work in the evening (just few of them). 3. Very poor breakfast even for the "efficient rate" per night. Muffins, butter, jam and bread. At least they should offer whole grain. 4. It will be good if waiting list for the free internet. |

Very good central location in San Francisco. Good and affordable Thai & Japan restaurants around. No noise from the streets in my room. People really use the ice machine in the corridor and this makes quite some sporadic noise. A ups shipment was not accepted for me, which was most unfortunate. This might not have happened had I informed ups about my room number in advance. |

The Hotel is placed in the middle of Downtown; my room was clean and I didn't ear any noise during the night. The Breakfast is until 9.30 (we missed the first one). |

La ubicación, está cerca de Union Square, y es facil desplazarse a otras partes de SF La zona en la noche no es lo ideal, en general el hotel no es de muybuena calidad (cuartos, desayuno, instalaciones). Es un hotel barato, cercano al centro. |

Lokalizacja hotelu jest jego największą zaletą - pieszo można dotrzeć do union square, stacji początkowej cable car itp. Nasz pokój byl od podwórka (czegoś co wyglądało jak dno studni), więc było cicho w nocy. W pokoju jest telewizor LCD i bezpłatny internet bezprzewodowy - trzeba poprosić o hasło dostępu w recepcji. Obsługa jest pomocna, ale trzeba było zapłacić 150 $ depozytu, o czym wcześniej nie wiedzieliśmy. Hotel jest warty polecenia dla kogos, kto jest nastawiony na zwiedzanie od rana do nocy i komu zależy głównie na dobrej lokalizacji, ale nie nastawia sie na jakies luksusy Widać, że budynek jest stary (czuć zapach starego budynku). Śniadania wliczone w cenę są śmiechu warte - muffiny, chleb tostowy, masło, herbata i nic poza tym. |
