Score from 52 reviews Very good
So attuned to the flow of the historic area.
Cannot say I had any experiences there that I did not enjoy!
Very noisy during the night until the bars close (drunk people on the street) . If you want to get a good night sleep ask for a room not facing the street.
location, cleanliness & friendliness
Staff were friendly and eager to please; hotel is charming and classy; location is excellent; price is very affordable
Our room had a few details that could be refurbished.
Charming furnishings. Location is splendid.
The jacuzzi bathtub did not work. Was so looking forward to a nice hot tub. Maintenance was not able to fix it during my 1 night stay. But the front desk discounted the room to the price of a room with no jacuzzi.
Large room, great view, nice staff and convenient service( just text them what you want)
the heater is not very effective. Also remember to bring your own shampoo.
comfortable, room clean and nice. continental breakfast could have been a little more diverse
snowing outside and no fire in lobby
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Was New year's eve and the staff showed up at the door with a bottle of champagne. That was such a nice touch. I have only ever got that kind of service at Disney Will tell everyone I know that this is the place to stay when in Baltimore
The location is in the midst of the Fells Point action, but the inn is quiet enough. The staff is unfailingly friendly and helpful.
The non-optional daily fee adds about $10./day to the room rate and should either be included or communicated more clearly.
the location is the best. I will definitely stay there again. the room was very comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly
a last minute charge was pretty much forced on me, of $9.99 for wifi in the room and a bottle of water. The wifi was too slow and I ended up using my data plan anyway. if I had the option I would not have paid for really nothing additional
Lobby very warm & inviting. Staff very helpful. Tour was very informative.
Bed very old w. Deep "gully" from long useage. Mattress she'd be discarded. Pet pee stains on carpet in several spots. Mold on shower curtain liner w no attempt to remove.
The manager Mike was very professional.
Was charged $667 for a $149 room. They put 5 different holds on my credit card. Very unprofessional, avoided my phone call, pushed me off to the day manager the following day. I was so upset that I would not stay there & we left. The manager Mike was great however & tried to fix the situation. The girl that worked at night should definitely be fired, for not knowing how to do her job.
The location was perfect! We were able to walk out the front lobby and be right at the harbor. There were lots of water views and good areas to walk around. We did not realize how historic the area was when booking our room. We were on the first floor and it was quiet even so.
We checked in at 10 p.m. and it seemed to take way to long since we were the only guests in line. Perhaps the employee was not used to checking in people. Otherwise she was efficient in helping with our bags, etc.
Accommodations were very good and staff was polite and helpful.
I didn't realize that I should have asked for a quiet room. My room was right above a bar, and I was unable to sleep well.
Loation, staff, cool, quirky atmosphere, clean, comfy.
Breakfast not included. Just go ahead and include it for all your guests, really!
Too much noice too late at night. Never got to sleep before 2am. First night room was right over a band. All we heard was a base drum all night into early morning.
Staff is excellant. Location is perfect.
noise level from outside kept us up all night. (bar across street, music , til 2 am)
Location: Fells Point is really happening. The staff was helpful, friendly, well trained.
I had trouble with the wifi service
Staff was very friendly. It was a close location to many good food places and fun activities.
Desk clerk called for a limo for us instead of a taxi to go to the cruise terminal, cost was much more. We were not informed that a shuttle was available to take us to the inner harbor.
This hotel is in a perfect location. It is near the harbor and right in Fells Point near restaurants, shops and the weekend craft and food vendors. It is old fashioned, which I love.
The decor of the rooms and hallways are nothing particularly special. I have been in B&Bs that are much nicer and not more expensive.
We usually stay by the inner harbor, but this time we tried fells point. We were thrilled that we stayed there. There is so much more to do in the quaint neighborhood with the cobblestone streets. It has so much character. There were so many restaurants and bars to choose from. We will definitely stay there again !
The only complaint is that the bed was squeaky!
