We loved every thing . After along day of packing our moving truck. The Admoral hotel was great. The room was nice and clean. The staff very friendly and helpful.
The only thing that happened was my husband did not get his wake up call but they apologized for that
A free stay
Staff was friendly and helpful.
WiFi did not work.
Lobby area was well kept and nice Bar area was ok and food was ok. Hotel hosts were great and friendly.
When I arrived in room, it was not what I expected. Furniture was old. TV outdated. Walls were stained and There was trash left in drawers. Hotel host was kind enough to move me to another room which was better. However, the sitting chair was filty. Would not sit on it.The bathroom was ok and the TV was a flatscreen. While this was probably ok for the money and 1 night, I would definitely not stay here again.
The arrangement for transportation on game day to and from the hotel.
The Continental breakfast was limited and needs to be improved upon. Limited available shuttle services during heighten days for vacationers.
Loved the location!! We stayed here for the Cowboys vs Cardinals game and it was worth the price! The view from our room was beautiful showing the pool area outside!! Will be staying here again in the future!!
The hotel bar closes at 11 which i think is too early! Granted there were alot of people there just not enough food for breakfast. It was only cereal, juice and milk when we got down there.
Dirty carpets, elevator
shuttle to stadium and back
dinning room,bed,faucet to hot water
Bar in the place was nice.
Better breakfast meal and free shuttle.
just 5 minutes away from the AT&T Stadium and also close to the interstates. great staff and friendly and breakfast bar was good.
The young lady who checked us in was very friendly and the check in process was quick. She was the only front desk agent that seemed efficient at the front desk.
Some of the front desk agents were very unprofessional with guests and speaking to eachother as well. Had no concern of urgency for their guest or to be polite. The room was fair, the bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets and blankets were like paper. Breakfast needs an upgrade with more hot options.
Great location to the Stadium. Friendly staff they took great care of our needs. It was a good location for us as we were there for the game.
We ate at the resteraunt and the waitress was by herself and did the best she could to keep up. The motel offered a Thanksgiving day dinner and again she was the only one on staff. Many people went elsewhere to eat. They needed more people on staff.
The ladies at the front desk were very helpful.
The price was very high for the quality , lots of maintenance issue's in the room and throughout the hotel, when I turned the water on in the room the water was spraying the mirror, I didn't say anything because I wanted to be positive for my son and have a good time for the football game, they had a restaurant but could not get food there both times, had to drive to get food on both occasions. And this was on thanksgiving day.
The front desk ladies were very helpful... Good location for The Cowboys game..
This hotel has so much potential it needs updating. The pics must have been from grand opening because hotel rooms need to be remodeled . Old style TV, hot water made a loud noise while on, We had thought the pool would be a plus but it's indoor/outdoor in that it's a swim-through, so the water was too cold to swim. The breakfast was waffles and cereal NO WIFI SERVICE... The price we paid for the room NOT worth it...
Everything was great:)
- Wifi signal was fine and always on - Staff very helpful & responsive - free bus to local (arlington) attractions (6 Flags etc) - good sized room and plety of power points - good water press. in shower - internal/external pool - laundry facilities available - plenty of parking - adjacent to Valero (petrol station) - adjacent to Cracker Barrell for other menu options
- Beds way too soft (personal issue due to back problems; prefer a harder mattress) - continental breakfast is quite basic; muffin, juice, ceral/fruit (not even toast, jam etc) - forgot to clean room on one occassion (though there in 5 mins once we noted to front desk) - phone in room very crackly, took two tries to get (free) local calls activated - personally thinck cleaners need to pay more attention (lift doors dirty; used paper/broken toys in drawers in room)
Your staff was very slow and rude
We liked that it was close to the Dallas (ATT) stadium, which was the reason for our visit. Close to restaurants and gas station. The pool was excellent for our kids. The room was nice and Staff very helpful.
The bed was not comfortable and pillows were flat. The hotel has a smell like 'moldy' on parts of the 1st floor.
Staff. They were very friendly. The Manager was very attentive. Staff gets an A.
We had several problems with our door. It wouldn't lock when we'd leave and one night when we got back we couldn't get back in. Even the maintenance man took 15 minutes trying to open the door.
staff very helpful and very customer service excellent. Setting lovely and homey. Food in restaurant very good as was service. Disappointed with very limited breakfast. No hot water or tea. Could have had bananas and muffins.
our friends had to be moved 3x because things did not work in their room they had sliding door that would not open and our room was not that clean
The receptionist was awesome very friendly and knowledgeable.
I could not see Sunday night football on NBC.
Overall was a good experience.
Wifi was off continually, staff tried to reset but never worked. Sports bar had tv reception problems and many people walked out when programs were unavailable. No help aavailable from management. Short staffed also.
the staff were kind and friendly when I had complaints. And were fast working to fix a problem that some guests who were "smoking" illegal stuff. Quickly resoulved . But with all these troubles I was compted a night at the hotel, which made me happy since I didnt get any rest the two days I stayed there.
The bed was broken, but they fixed it and then the hotel had a wedding reception and a birthday party that night. Those guests kids and even the adults were screaming and yelling drunk up and down the hall ways until 3am. Needles to say we didnt get any sleep that night. They had only fresh linen, the rooms were filthy with dust and hair from the previous guests that stayed there I believe.
Easy access to main highway and resturants
My key not working and then getting switched to a room that i considered not a good room compared to the first room we had
