The location is amazing and easy to get around Arlington.
The shuttle to the Cowboy games are pretty expensive when you have more than in your group.
The hotel was a bit out dated and needs to be improved !
Price point was all I was concerned with.
No internet, and smell of the establishment wasnt amazing.
Staff was great and the bar was a great experience too
Some minor room damage needed to be fixed
This time I was unhappy .
The floor was not clean I ask still did do anything to it.
Staff was very nice and helpful and Cory was very helpful with his driving services.
Bar ran low of draft beer options on the one weekend it shouldn't have with the national championship game in town.
Close to AT&T stadium
I think you could have done a lot more with your breakfast. Was their the weekend for football championship and bar closed way to early.
The staff went out of their way to help us. Ride to the game & to dinner, advised us,thanks Cory.
Every thing was a ways away from the hotel.
Free shuttle service and driver were pleasing
Front desk personnel were occasionally rude and the complimentary breakfast was terrible (small selection, rotten fruit and stale pastries). Wifi didn't work.
The staff was incredible.
Room was old, rundown, and stained. Very dirty.
Friendly staff, small CPU area to print boarding tickets.
Old facility, found what looked like blood or grease stains in my room, phone didn't work, water smelled like sulfur. I booked cheap and got the cheapest, not a bargain.
Granted, this was a special price for the college football national championship game going on, but this was a surprisingly great little hotel with full amenities! Not that the weather cooperated, but it even has indoor/outdoor pool. The restaurant/bar is great if you're a sporto, and the food was very good! Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Awesome location near AT & T Stadium, Six Flags etc. while close enough to Dallas proper.
Bedding was kind of flimsy, and extra pillows were unavailable. Towels rather small and worn too, and no bathmat was provided. Would suggest updating those things and maybe some new mattresses!
Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Clean.
Poor facility condition. Repairs are needed. Continental breakfast lacks variety. On-site eatery not open for breakfast or lunch.
The staff was great. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. Resonable prices.
I didnt like that the heated pool was closed the entire week we stayed there due to maintance. We come home early some nights looking for enjoyment and relaxation at the pool but end up staying in the room all night during our vacation. The room we got didnt have a microwave or fridge we booked there for a week. Wifi was a hassle to log in.
The room I had, had a king size bed, and sofa (queen bed) and 2 chairs, there was plenty of sitting room for visitors. The first two rooms I looked at had no chairs. The head-housekeeper was very professional and explained that the rooms are being refurnished and the first two rooms were not completed. Over all my stay was nice, and I am glad I spoke to the housekeeper about disliking the first room. I made new reservations at this hotel for spring break and have requested the same room.
When I complained about the room the front desk mgr (?) tried to put me in an identical room on another floor. This room had 1 chair and 2 beds. The housekeeper was present and realized I still was not happy with the room. She showed me the king room and it was what I wanted. The head-housekeeper explained to me the first two rooms were in the process of being refurnished, and this king size room has the newer furniture but still has an old TV.
I like the location, fir it was convenient and I did rest good.
Should have been a two star rating instead of a three star.
Location, shuttle service!
The hotel is unkept and not as clean as it should be.
This was a probably a great place in its hay day. Certain areas could use a face lift, Location good, not to far from stadium.
No flat screen tv, older style.
Some staff members were helpful.
The telephone did not work in my room. Staff knew about it and nothing was done.
price, clean, staff was nice
was expecting more for breakfast than two choices of cereal
front desk and shuttle person was awesome
bed too hard, odd oder in hotel, bad pillows, rough sheets, limited towls, bar/resturant doesent open till 4 PM. beckfast was aweful, no selection and oJ made my daughter-in-law ill
TV need to be up date
Not much of anything not anymore anyways
The hotel is under new management which means bad business for regular customers . No pet policy and now they charge you a $50 fee when you check in . They don't tell you that they are charging you this fee it just shows up . When you ask about the fee they tell you oh it's for incidentals. We will be looking for another hotel when we r in town probably across the highway.
I thought the location was perfect. Very easy access to highway
The rooms were not clean at all. We had a very bad ant problem that they tried to get rid of but didn't. It took me 5 tries and an hour in a half to get different and clean pillowcases. We got the deluxe room and the beds were tiny!
