location staff restaurants in area nice room for the money quiet
very pleasant stay
too far to walk at night
We loved Admiral's...it's a wonderful, quaint inn. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Would love to come back next year.
Admirals Inn is a convenient location for Ogunquit and Perkins Cove, although just on the outskirts of town, so not in the midst of all the traffic and bustle. Plenty of free parking space. Nice rooms in the 'New Inn' building, and excellent breakfast served in the hotel dining room/bar.
Wasn't very happy with the motel-style room that we were allocated on arrival, as we had wonderful rooms in the 'New Inn' building when we last stayed there. However, when we made our disappointment known at reception we were immediately offered alternative rooms in the 'New Inn', and our faith was restored.
Ideal location, helpful staff, great facilities
Everything about the hotel. Courteous staff, comfortable and the location.
Nothing. No complaints.
room was very nice...clean and comfortable...location handy to everything and the service was very good
hot water for tea in the lounge was not working
went to check in a half hour early, got turned away and asked to return at 3. This was off season and very slow. Had a family emergency and had to leave the area before returning. Got charged a full night, the manager was not nice or reasonable about it at all. Actually argued with me on the phone, interrupted me and told me it was my own fault for not calling right away! I sent an email as soon as I could a few hours later. HORRIBLE customer service. Try somewhere else.
Proximity to town center and beaches.
Heated pools not heated. Jacuzzi filthy. Carpets soiled. Tub was clogged and took an hour to drain.
The bed was so very comfortable .
Our room did not have a closet . Very strange ! But room was ample enough . There were hooks on one of the doors to hang clothes . Rate did not include breakfast . Last time we stayed it did .
Johan the receptionist was friendly and a nice person.
We have been charged double¨!!!!!!!!! Once at reservation and again at checking out! If not on the same credit card involice we would not have noticed! Bad - stay away!!!!!!!
The bed was very comfortable, the shower was hot and clean, the AC was very good. The room smelled good, and was clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Fridge in the room was nice. Nice Dresser with several drawers. Nice looking pool and hot tub that we did not use. We would love to come back, please send us a coupon. Maybe on our Honeymoon!
The TV did not have a "guide" option, and the channels were limited. Perhaps this is a bonus, we got more sleep because there was not much to watch. lol. No Ice machine on floor three.
The staff was great and super friendly. The other guests were respectful and social.
The hot tubs close at 9? Really. They have an adult pool and hot tub that really should be open later, especially in the summer months. Very disappointing. The main hot tub also was luke warm. The hotel was spendy for not even offering continental breakfast. The mattresses were also rather uncomfortable. Not my worst experience, but disappointing none the less.
It's location, breakfast at associated restaurant
Lack of soda dishes, stands, towel racks, shower workings and working air conditioner. The associated restaurant was closed on a Friday evening. There was no one in the office for checkout on Saturday morning, so I received no actual bill.
very quite, clean and comfortable
Admirals Inn was perfect for a one-night getaway to ogunquit beach. It's located about 7-10 min walk from the center of town which is great bc the traffic is insane down there on a weekend. The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable, and for the price was perfect. They also have a restaurant on-site called "Let's Get Bacon" where we had an amazing breakfast before we left. I'd definitely recommend Admiral's Inn if you're staying in Ogunquit for a weekend.
Beautiful room, very spacious. The bathroom was very large, however, it could use more counter top space for items, especially when traveling with a woman. Being the home improvement business I am a bit more critical of things and this bathroom looked like it came directly from Home Depot. Not my choice of quality for a hotel of this price range.
Room door has no security lock. Doors were in my opinion a bit cheap, however, I have a remodeling business and may be a bit more aware of certain things that others may not notice or think about.
Nice helpful friendly staff. Coffee in morning. Chairs in room nice to watch TV or read.
On third night it looked like sheets were changed and placed sideways. Felt like sand in sheets. Maybe someone was new at this, but can't explain grit in sheets. King room was on the other side of elevator so you hear it when in bed. Poor quality toiletries.
the hotel was a bit further from the ocean than we thaught, the pool heater was off and the pool was cold, the hot tub was less than hotel quility, there was no fire wood to make a fire or keep a fire up and running , the price was a bit higher for an 8.3 rating for a hotel ..
We stayed for my birthday and it was cute. I figured the staff would be more friendly but we seemed to have bothered the girl at the front desk.
It seemed rundown. Not a lot of decor and you kind of walk into an empty inn.
The Admiral's Inn was within walking distance to everything, the morning breakfast was very good.
Very convenient. In walking distance to Ogunquit center and marginal way entrance.
The Admirals in was an amazing place to stay. Very quaint and comfortable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
We found the staff we encountered to be very friendly and helpful, especially when I had difficulty with my new Tablet. The help they gave this "mature" guest was terrific.
Easy access to town. On route 1 but set back and quiet. Very nice rooms with comfortable bed
