Quieter location and beautiful view from balcony. Very clean.
I am partially handicap so for me there were only stairs, could not use shower as the tub was so high up. No ice machine so had to ask owner if he was there. No way to reach owner in evening..
Great location! The view was amazing! Delicious breakfast!
Hot tub was not on our second night and couldn't get in touch with anyone to turn it on. Small Tv. We could of used a small refrigerator in our room. It wasn't the room we originally booked in.
Very comfortable bed, well decorated and presented room, lovely breakfast. Parking good, easy walk to a few restaurants
I'm afraid we found the hosts cold, not impolite or rude, just not warm or welcoming. We were not shown around, never asked what we had done that day, given enthusiastic suggestions for the next days' hike, or which trips to take. It was efficient, almost courteous, but no warmth. We got the feeling that Ron & Cheryl have been doing the job for too long, and were no longer enjoying it.
Setting was delightful. Suite was lovely and clean. Breakfast was plentiful.
Everything was really nice. The owner wasn't overly friendly. The breakfast was great! Over all it was a good place to stay. It's away from town enough to really enjoy the scenery.
The parking and if you check in late, it's like a scavenger hunt trying to sort out what all to do and where to park.
Everything about my stay. I loved our accommodations, the views were unbeatable. And the staff was so friendly and helpful. Not to mention the breakfast was delicious.
There is nothing about my stay that I didn't like.
The room was perfect at the end of a week long road-trip. The bed was the most comfortable I can remember and the room was beautifully appointed. Our room had a veranda with views of Bell and Courthouse Rock and the excellent breakfast was taken on the patio with a view of Castle rock - it doesn't get better. I'm sure there are cheaper places to stay around Sedona but not better.
Not one thing!
Bed was to high felt like I needed a step ladder to get into it and same issue with hot tub needed to have step for safety to get in and out off it
The only reason I said the location is "good" vs excellent is that it's not located in Sedona. We were not wanting to stay in town, just the area. Others may want to be near the shops and restauants.
Location, comfort of room, good wifi, spacious
Rules everywhere. Advisory attitude from when reservation was charged with notification as to what fines would be charged for violations. No information on area. Late arrival was after 5. To say owner was brusque is understatement. Breakfast rules were rigid: 8:00 am to 9:00 am or go to the diner down the street, and breakfast wasn't up to the hype
Everything great location, views, staff and accommodation. You need to stay longer to truly get the advantage of this beautiful place
My wife and I can't say enough good things about this place. The people were friendly and help, and our villa was gorgeous. Would come back again, and again.
What's to dislike? We can't think of a thing.
This was our first attempt to stay at a Bed and Breakfast. I must say we were very pleasantly surprised with our stay at Adobe Village. The room was very nice and clean. The bed could not have been beaten by any motel or hotel. It was so peaceful and quiet. Our balcony had nice comfortable wicker furniture that overlooked the beautiful mountains. There was even a full size coffee pot of which we used and were able to sit out on the balcony and relax. We were served a fantastic breakfast in the morning and we chose to sit outside on the back porch near the pool. The landscaping was well manicured and designed. We ate while watching the birds in the feeders and the Humming birds flying around. The owners are super nice and made our stay very welcoming. Thank you for providing such a great place to stay. I definitely recommend staying there. We will be back!
The Inn is beautiful, extremely clean, and reasonably priced. Our room was spacious and lovely, and the bed was the best of our 7 week road trip.
When we arrived, the owner was anything but gracious. He appeared to be irritated with any questions from getting ice (no ice machine) to wifi, which was intermittent. The location is over 5 miles from downtown Sedona.
Great 2B/2Ba studio just 1/2 mile from the Bell Rock! Hummingbirds galore, fantastic breakfast, beautifully designed gardens with ponds, very comfortable apartment!
Mountain view, Clean rooms, good kitchen. Breakfast is awesome!!!
noise from AC system was quite loud.
Breakfast was excellent Beds were very comfortable Views and location - perfect
Trellis entry at suites was too tight when unloading luggage
THE VIEW IS OUTSTANDING BREAKFAST WAS VERY NICE
location relative to Sedona Center
The facilities were excellent. Luxurious, private, good bathroom, nice bed. The view is simply spectacular. This is Sedona after all. :)
Parking for my car was not optimum, but this is very minor issue.
The room was great. The grounds and views were beautiful. Loved the home-baked cookies every evening and delicious breakfasts in the morning. Everyone was so helpful. Loved the recommended restaurants. My husband is a foodie so we ended up meeting one of the chefs and getting a signed cookbook. Walked from the Inn straight to beautiful hiking trails. Very serene and beautiful. We will be back.
Ron & his wife were super nice. The breakfasts served were amazing & the room decor well done. It was quiet, easy to find & very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this B&B to any traveler looking for a safe and clean place to stay!
Wi-fi was weak.
The place was clean. Room next to kitchen was not noisy as stated on web site Room was cute. Breakfast was good.
The 2 hosts were very unfriendly . The room was small with absolutelly no view. Bed was lumpy. Tv was worn out and it's picture was terrible. The parking area driveway needed work. My wifes 2014 vehicle's front lower bumper got scraped with me going 1 mph. Not a super great view from this property. Only the top of mountain is visible
Room was nicely appointed. Good view of the red rocks. Linens were good quality, and clean. Quiet location. I would recommend it.
Owner was a little "stiff" and not particularly welcoming when I arrived. He was more friendly at breakfast the next morning. Since the room was upstairs, it would have been nice if he had offered to carry my suitcase. (I am 72 yrs old, and recovering from a broken foot.)
staff was super nice
