Mediterranean atmosphere, large rooms feel like apartments
Palm Springs is HOT!
I will never stay here again. Worst experience I have ever had. Alexandria is the reservations manager. She is not even on site, you have to call her. Very unknowledgable, disrespectful and has no clue how to conduct a hospitality service. We booked at the Desert Vacation Villas across the street immediately. I would not recommend anyone go here.
* Enjoyed Mike, He went our of his way to attend to your needs * Pools were not crowded. *
* Rooms had air condition off, took a while to get to a comfortable level * Kitchen area was small. But for the price can't really complain
Suite was clean, 2 showers were great with a teenager.
Wouldn't let us check in at 2pm. The hotel is sprawled out and a bit like a warren. No assistnace up a flight of stairs and narrow passages with our bags. After we lgged them all up we were advised by another guest there was an easier way! Still had the stairs to contend with. No restaurant or bar on site or within walking distance
The swimming pools were very nice and it was quiet.
The area had a lot of homeless people hanging around the parking lot. They need to have more security
The price was good. My favorite part about staying here was checking out.
Motel 6 has nicer grounds. Where can I begin... They have a random hotdog cart, run down gym machine randomly next to the pool, a random car just parked on the grounds, homeless literally living in the parking lot, pool chairs in shambles, rundown dirty and not worth it. The guy who showed us the room looked like he just had walked in from the street and when checking out the girl at the desk looked like she just got out of prison. We actually left to another hotel to spend the day because this dump was too much to handle. No ice buckets for the room, no safe parking, stains on couches in room... Their hotel Instagram is a huge lie making the "resort" seem like a "resort" random BBQ pit, mini golf and really ugly and gross pond featuring broken lights, dead plants and a gnome. I am actually embarrassed that I stayed here. If zero stars was an option it would be given. Better luck at a model 6 just down the road.
I liked the decor most of all. 50s style.
The best place I've stayed at in Palm Springs! The staff is great & I recommend you book the King Suite.
everything was great
The room furnishings were cool, the 2 pools and pool table. The male desk attendant was great.
The unit was burning up when we got in. It took 3 hours to make it manageable, refrigerator was not working and the lady manager did not comp us anything for our stay. She didn't seem to have good people skills, she gave us a fake smile, said she was sorry and would have maintenance look in to it. We may not come back again, we visit Palm Springs yearly.
The site is unique in its appearance. Lots of accessible parking.
Comforter and blanket had holes in them. The air conditioner was LOUD. The complimentary morning coffee was never plugged in and so it wasn't ready for the guests.
Cool pool area, staff was nice, location good near a lot restaurants.
Wi-Fi didn't work in room but it did by the pool only. Pool grounds dirty (people not cleaning up after them selfs) bed not comfortable. Restaurant & bar closes for the summer!
They had a room available
The hotel was misrepresented on the website no lounge or food available and you had to sleep on a fold out Murphy bed
the unit is really wow, very nice clean and smells good, huge room, very comfortable.
the hot tub very small
Relaxing place with very nice staff...
No Air Conditioning
No free breakfast
I enjoyed the serenity.
The outdoor furniture was of very poor quality and dirty.
Adorable for the price.
Bed kinda dirty.
Friendly staff, uncrowded, and easily located. I would definitely re-book and recommend.
Our 2-bedroom unit was not renovated as some of the other ones were, but I'm sure that will change with time. Also, the pool needed some heating!
The room was clean and spacious. This could be a really cool property with a little more TLC.
The grounds needed more attention and the pool was not very clean. The room decor was very dated and not in a cool way.
Very quiet every night we stayed.
Alittle understaffed and the houskeeping wasn't very good.
amendities like pool & hot tub
on the description, it said free wi-fi and DVD player, but they were not in the room. Also, the description did not mention about the murphy bed which was very uncomfortable. The cleanliness is poor - I don't think they cleaned the room or the bathroom.
We stayed at the beginning of the week. We felt like it was our home. We had the whole place to ourselves; the pool area, jacuzzi, it was fun!
The sofa bed had hairs on it. I don't know, if it wasn't vacuumed or if someone with a pet stayed there previous to our stay.
Ability to stay on a single Saturday night. Kitchen facilities.
Hard to find the check in desk - poor signage. No hot water in our room No coffee maker and coffee in our room Murphy bed was not identified on web site when I made reservations, so it was an unpleasant surprise Parking was poor as most spaces were behind the building with no short cut to the rooms - had to walk all the way around to get into the complex.
The welcome at the reception, at least when we finally had found it.
All the rest. For a room rate of a 189 dollars, we got a dirty 2 person "suite", with a broken slatted bed base, a sofabed with an unexisting mattress which we had to make up ourselves, 2 pools full of trash, dirty sun loungers, bath towels only for 2 persons. Although breakfast was mentioned on our reservation as included, this was not the case. This was by far the worst and most cheerless hotel we stayed in during our two weeks trip through California. Only one advice : never go there !
