zentrale Lage zur 5th Ave, Metro und Bloomingdales Wenig Auswahl zum Frühstück im Hotel. Aber auf der gleichen Strasse gibt es ein kleines Frühstücksrestaurant, nur 20m weiter mit großer Auswahl :-) |

Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gute Lage, trotzdem recht ruhig, besonders innerhalb des Hotels. Sofa für die dritte Person wurde erst nach Aufforderung bezogen. Zum Zudecken gab es nur eine dünne Decke, nach Anfrage ene löchrige weitere dünne Decke. Zum Frühstück sitzt man auf niedrigen Sofas mit winzigen Tischchen. Das war für die alte Dame in unserer Begleitung nicht machbar. |

This hotel lived up to more than my expectations. After reading lots about New York accom i was worried about what i would find in this city. I was very pleasantly surprised at this hotel. The room size was great! The staff were so very helpful and the doorman especially man us feel special. I just wish they had availability for us to stay longer ! |

The staff - I have been going to New York several times a year for the last 8 years - never seen friendlier and more helpful staff anywhere in the City. Keep it up guys... i'm definitely staying there again. |

Hotel was very clean with very friendly staff. The suite was a good size with good sized, comfortable beds. The location is very convenient also with a subway very close by. |

The location was fantastic, easy to walk or take the metro everywhere. The bed was amazingly comfortable and room was spacious. No breakfast included and discrepancies with the bill, e.g. anonymous added items from the mini bar to our bill and charges for 'free' phone calls. |

Location, location, location!! THe hotel is perfectly located for wherever you want to go in NYC. We spent most of oour time in the Meat Packing District and Soho and it was extremely convenient for everything we did. Great hotel!!! |

Staff molto gentile e, in generale, disponibile. Ottima posizione dell'hotel, sia per muoversi a piedi che con trasporti pubblici. La nostra stanza - junior suite - molto rumorosa e la mobilia polverosa (le pulizie probabilmente si limitavano al bagno e ai letti). |
