Gute Lage - nicht zu busy, aber Sehenswürdigkeiten, Metro, Bus, Museen, Shopping sind leicht erreichbar. Die Studio Suite ist wirklich sehr geräumig, unser Zimmer im 8. Stock hatte schönen NY-Bürohaus-Ausblick zur (relativ ruhigen) Straße raus; die kleine Küche ist ganz ordentlich ausgestattet, die Betten sind ein Traum. Übrigens Prima Frühstücks-Deli zwanzig Meter weiter.

Je nach house keeper war das Zimmer mal tiptop sauber und aufgeräumt, mal quasi gar nicht saubergemacht worden. Nur zwei kleine, langsame Aufzüge. Das Haus ist allgemein etwas verwohnt. Personal an der Rezeption: rau, aber herzlich. Insgesamt sind die Zimmerpreise etwas hoch für die Ausstattung.

Zentrale Lage, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, Frühstücksbuffet, gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum mit TV, Aus-Checkzeit (12 Uhr), kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung nach Aus-Checken (max. 1 Tag).

Reinigung des Fussbodens in 7 Tagen nur 1 Mal, Internetzugang zwar vorhanden, aber teuer (0,50 Dollar pro Minute).

Das überaus bemühte Personal.

Die Zimmer waren sehr laut.

Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gute Lage, trotzdem recht ruhig, besonders innerhalb des Hotels.

Sofa für die dritte Person wurde erst nach Aufforderung bezogen. Zum Zudecken gab es nur eine dünne Decke, nach Anfrage ene löchrige weitere dünne Decke. Zum Frühstück sitzt man auf niedrigen Sofas mit winzigen Tischchen. Das war für die alte Dame in unserer Begleitung nicht machbar.

I liked the attention to detail, personalization of the rooms, great interior design, wonderful lounge, and the friendliness of every staff member.

A co-worker had trouble getting on the internet.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful,location was excellent.

The carpet in the bedroom was grubby and could do with being changed.

Friendly staff but very minimal facilities and not cheap.

We booked what was advertised as a suite and was not (despite claims of living room and dining room only separate room was kitchenette with no coffee machine). Everything very tired and tv did not work. The accomodation was unsuitable and we booked into a hotel with a real suite and real facilities for only a little more. This is not a 4 star hotel.

All round this was a very pleasant stay - clean and tidy with helpful staff and a good location close to the Rock and other key sites in New York. I fully reccomend this hotel for City visits

My only 2 criticisms are; 1) Facilities - a bar would have made for a better trip and the chance to dine there maybe. 2) This is being ultra critical as the hotel was clean and well maintained in general, but perhaps a re-decoration of the room soon, to freshen it up a little. However i do not wish this to seem like an unhappy stay - it was a very pleasant hotel generally

My room was huge and very clean. Nothing fancy but good enough for a hotel room to sleep in.

I was living in the 2nd floor which meant my room was right next to the common area. I would hear kids and people talking in the morning.

The size of the room and location were both excellent. The staff and cleanliness of our room were also of a high standard. The management were a pleasure to deal with. Subway and great food just around the corner. Wish we were still there.

Rooms were quite big, not as big as promised in the reservationsform though, but it was a clean, nice, moderate hotel, little bit overpriced. They should mention somewhere that breakfast is not available during weekends and that nothing works, everything is broken, the air-conditioning, phone, no hair-dryer in the room, etc. I would say that I am not going to stay there ever again, not worth the money. Sorry, poorest of the booking.com hotels I have been.

There was the room, but nothing else. No bar, no place to buy any beveridges, the elevators were always full and it took a long time to get up and down, the location was not so great, not what promised. Why do you always have to make things sound a little bit better than it is??? Why not tell the truth? I liked the bed and the roomsize, service, what service??

Very friendly and professional service staff. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. It is close to the shopping belt yet not too busy and crowded. Convenient with some tourist sites, food outlets and subway nearby.

Though we were on the 9th floor, we could still hear the traffic noise very clearly. The beds were very comfortable but we still cannot get a good night's sleep due to the noise. The room is a little dim at night and it would be useful to have an electric water boiler in each room. The appliances are rather old and not so congruent with the standard of the hotel.
