Very comfortable beds ! Large rooms with queens ! Children loved ping pong table and we loved the free wine hour. Great location ! Close to all the atrraction!
No restaurant inside
The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The beds were comfortable and the room was tidy.
The bathroom was a little too small and did not have ventilation. Also the room could have been vacuumed a little better.
Clean and comfortable room
Somewhat noisy at night during sleep hours
We really enjoyed the happy hour, the friendliness of the staff, especially the door men. The location was great for us.
We had issues with the air-conditioning unit not cooling our room, plus it was really noisey. We've been traveling now or 5 weeks and this would be rated one of our worse air-con exprience.
The staff were friendly, the room was big enough for 2 adults and kids, the kitchen was good.
The hotel is so central for everything - shops, sights, restaurants, Broadway. Be prepared to walk so take decent shoes! It's still big enough to have atmosphere but small enough for the personal touch. The staff are great - really helpful. David on guest services is knowledgeable and made our trip. Rooms are good size and we were 4 adults.
location ,comfort , staff, second floor facility
The room was big with an extra sofa for the kids.
The bathroom was to smaller.
Doorman was very nice and knowledgeable .... as well as the front desk staff
Updated Rooms Comfortable Bed Quiet
The staff was amazing. They have really great service
Lounge area. Better room with kitchen/first room was too small.
Rooms were perfect great decor beds comfortable everything you could want. Staff very helpfull lovely breakfast, excellent position to get to everything . Just enough off main streets so not as noisy for traffic at night. Great holiday - well done Affinia.
AC might have been a little cooler in bedroom but still comfortable.
Great location. Staff were super helpful. We had an apartment style room which was large, clean and comfy.
Not much of a view from our room.
Internet access! Too much troubles! And only 2 devices can be connect in one moment! It's no modern, because in modern life all people have a lot of electronic devices!!
Good location, only a couple of blocks from 5th avenue. Spacy and clean rooms, friendly staff, we felt welcome from the first moment. Complimentary wine hour definitely a plus. Did not even try the costly breakfast, visited the Oxford Cafe at Lexington ave for that.
Internet connection not working properly all the time. Got some compensation on its price, however.Of course it should be free of charge, but the weekly price 65$ is not totally unbearable especially when the room price was quite low for Manhattan.
Complimentary wine hour every day:) The room was clean and spacious.
Location, lovely doorman, and friendly helpful staff. Wine hour :).
Number of maintenance issues, ie blocked toilet on two occasions and no hot water for the total complex for several hours on one day, kitchen cooker not working.
Extremely noisy Bathroom in suites were tiny Dirty elevators Construction happening as of 06/11/14 - ground floor surrounded by scaffolding
The size of the room was amazing by NY standards and having our own kitchen was very convenient. The friendliness of the staff was also very welcoming.
It was all great!
Doormen, cleaning staff and everyone were nice, helpful, and friendly except for one. Space and location is also great.
I liked most of the staff except for one lady in the front desk (young african american) who was snippy.
Location; size of room was palatial! Bed was comfortable, finishes we're nice. Front desk staff and doormen always friendly and welcoming. Evening reception was nice. Overall I really enjoyed it and would stay there again.
Not pristinely clean. Soiled towel on back of bathroom door when I checked in and dust/hair on floor behind bathroom door that stayed the whole time. Carpet had a few stains. Not terrible, but given the location, nice finishes, size and price I would have expected closer to perfection.
Very clean. Good comfortable bed. Enjoyable Wine hour
Jr. Suite had a poor kitchen with no dishwasher and no wall cabinets. There was no dining area in the room with proper table and chairs.
Room was spacious and nicely furnished. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Spacious bathroom
Thin towels, skimpy bathroom amenities - had to ask for resupply, expensive WiFi, low quality coffee/tea maker
room and hotel were perfectly fine... had two misunderstandings
