Personnel very helpful and professional, good facilieties and food Noisy, the room door did not close properly noises and light could enter. Coffe and tea facilities were not for free.....come on!!! |

This was truly one of the most welcoming and comfortable rooms I've had the pleasure of staying in. Excellent design. For the price, complimentary coffee service in the lobby would have been nice. We opted to walk down the street on a cold winter morning for coffee after finding the hotel's lukewarm on the 1st morning. |

Location and contemporary hotel were really great. I Loved that we had two king size beds in one room! It worked great for two teenagers and parents to share the rrom. |

Affinia is a great boutique style hotel. It's modern, comfortable, and has a great location. Yes, the elevator is slow, but it didn't bother me too much considering the value of this hotel. |

Great location,Neat look and style, comfortable beds spacious junior suite liked the Aveda products. Had to call down to guest services several times to get ice delivered,also waited a long time on another occasion for a wine opener and glasses,finally cancelled it after 30 min. |

I really liked the clean lines and lightness of the room as well as the triple covered duvet. I thought the bathroom could have been more marble, less grout/tile. Also the toilet paper roll was dusty. |

Immaculate, friendly staff, empathetic to our situation, next door to our first grandchildren preemies and daughter/son, especially concierge showed concern and help, and a huge smile everytime he saw us. Those small empathetic concerns meant alot to us. Will stay again |

Location is terrific for Michigan Avenue shopping. It's only 3 or 4 blocks from the lake. Accepts pets, which was a prerequisite for this trip. Beautiful, contemporary decor. Valet brings car quickly. Drinks in bar expensive. |

Location Loud, 1st night people shouting 2:30 am in the corridor, 2nd night wake up service in person knocking the doors, once no refill of coffee pads, never replacement of bottles in the bathroom (shampoo etc), before check out I wanted to get ready for my long trip back, but the room service had started cleaning and I found everything misplaced, the bathroom under water, cups on the carpet, no apoligies |
