Good location off Michigan Ave. Close to the Water Towers & Hancock Centre. Easy to get to by bus. Had a suite with a good view & plenty of space. Anonymous Solo traveller Germany December 5, 2008	Location Loud, 1st night people shouting 2:30 am in the corridor, 2nd night wake up service in person knocking the doors, once no refill of coffee pads, never replacement of bottles in the bathroom (shampoo etc), before check out I wanted to get ready for my long trip back, but the room service had started cleaning and I found everything misplaced, the bathroom under water, cups on the carpet, no apoligies	5
