We stayed in room 2802 and it was lovely. Great for 2 friends staying. Fantastic views.

We were looking forward to trying the roof top bar, but this is now closed. The newly renovated lobby area was nice though.

Very courteous and friendly staff location, location, location, we loved being able to walk to wonderful restaurants and shops

Curtain near bed was not working, blanket n closet was not clean

Easy walking access to Michigan Avenue and downtown restaurants.

The elevators were slow at times. It was stuck on the 2nd floor so we had to take the stairs, not horrible but inconvenient.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The room was also very good, and was clean and comfortable. The staff provided us with a room on a high floor.

The bed seemed kind of small for a queen, but it appeared there was enough room for two people. Unfortunately, the blinds in the room were not working, so we were not able to enjoy any natural light.

When we checked in the receptionist did not even tell us where our room was. In our room, the curtain was broken and hanging halfway down the window. The plug in the bathtub was also broken and laying on the side of the tub. The beds were comfortable and the room would have been nice if it had been properly maintained.

Excellent Location. Beds comfortable. Decor very nice, Cleanliness of rooms appreciated. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Lobby was under construction the whole trip. No bar or lounge. Bar on top floor out of wine.

The room are very high end

To small of a room had no where to put my thing the bath room seemed biger then the room did

Hotel was under renovation which I did not know until after I had booked the room. Extremely limited restaurant choices. No vending machines for soda. Might be better if it was noted that the hotel was under renovation before booking.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is ideal for several city adventures. I have stayed here before and will probably stay here again.

Unfortunately, during my stay, they had major renovations underway and the restaurant was closed. They previously had an organic restaurant with the greatest breakfast offerings. Should have had a discount for the inconvenience.

Staff was very friendly and professional.

Unable to control the air in the room - time of the year did not permit the customer to be comfortable. Spoke with the front staff - whom informed me that because it wasn't warm out, the AC was not operational. Aside from not being able to control my level of comfort - great stay and will definitely book with MileNorth again.

Love the location, the beds were very comfortable, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Staff crew, Andra (Check In) Victor (Handled our Bags) Queen ( Our Breakfast Attendent) and the female manager at the checkout desk, cant remember her name! Were outstanding, I am a Member Relations Director and I pay attention to customer service, they were outstanding and a credit to you team!

My number 1 complaint, the “Elevators”!! .. I took the stairs from our floor, (our room number was 2242) I got to the lobby first! My sister waited for the elevator, it made no stops and I still beat it to the lobby (fyi. I am 53!!) The room was very hot! Desk Staff said the boiler was experiencing difficulties. Breakfast, very poor! Pastries stale! Second day had to ask for a doughnut, as none left and it was only 8:30am!

Currently in renovation, minibar was not available.

Central location, easy to navigate from. Quaint and comfortable but not excessive. Cozy room.

View from 17th floor reminds me of cityscape from Bladerunner or Star Wars: Phantom Menace. Just not used to not seeing any sky or earth!

The hotel was steps from the magnificent mile and was very cozy. It wasn't very fancy but is under renovations and or the price and location you couldn't beat it!

The staff was fantastic! Particularly andre at the front desk. Our room was fantastic as well. It was clean and very comfortable.

I was very disappointed that the rooftop was closed! It was the perfect weekend to be up there. It was the reason I chose your property.

The location was very good, the staff very friendly.

The room we were in had paint (large) chips throughtout, missing tile in the bathroom, torn wall covering, blinds that were broken and did not completely close. The mattress on one of the beds is in need of replacement. The hotel lobby is under construction, this was not noted on the booking site. The hotel has 2 elevators to service 28 floors and they are very small.

Wasn't told ahead the patio lounge on top floor was closed when we booked room, rude front desk employee, got locked in our room - called to get someone to let us out - took over an hour for someone to show up. Never did fix door - offered nothing.

Close to everything.

They were remodeling, didn't know that. Expensive parking. No pool or hot tub.

The room itself was perfect. The C-view bar was very nice, with reasonable prices for drinks and food.

Mostly everything. Especially the service.

Paid an extra $20 for the city view, only got the 10th floor which was not a good view whatsoever.

The king suite was very roomy and nice. The location very good, right downtown. Geno's Pizza is right next door, great place to eat and watch a game. I would stay here again.

The construction. Once it's finished, it will be very nice. The roof top bar could be made into something great with just a little effort. I just stayed there March 20th-23rd, and the hours were limited. With the addition of a few heat lamps (no they will not melt the plastic under cover of the flooring) and a few basic sitting areas, and some greenery, you could really generate some $$$.
