Great value! Cute boutique hotel. Very clean. Very helpful staff. Great location right off the mile next to Water Tower.
Bar downstairs - cost slightly high
Value for money. Very large room. Location.
The hotels location was excellent. Very helpful staff, cute lobby...nicely decorated room. Comfy beds that could comfortably fit two adults. Gino's East right next door so you can order a deep pan pizza to have in your room! Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others.
Can't think of anything we didn't like.
I can quite honestly say, I liked everything. From the friendly reception staff who where also very helpful and professional. The room was big and the bed as huge! Really comfortable so plenty of room to spread out. Perfectly situated just off the magnifencet mile and not to far from navy pier. Would definitely recommend. I also like the 24 hour gym, being big on my fitness, the gym isn't anything special but it good enough to get a sweat on just have to use your imagination! Oh and there is free head phones as well which is always a bonus.
Loved the room very spacious and clean. The staff realy friendly and helpful. Location very good just few bkocks from trains and a block away from mafnificent mile
The location, the view, the modern/industrial vibe of the hotel and rooms. Also the very friendly staff. Excellent value for your money!
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The king suite with city view was amazing. Very spacious with modern decor. Rooftop lounge is amazing.
Great location. Loved the rooftop bar. Very pretty hotel, friendly staff and the coffee bar was convenient;)
Size and layout of room - queen Location in Chicago - easy access to sights of interest Coffee / drinks bar on ground floor was a convenient and stylish meeting place for our group Roof top bar - fab for a nightcap
Fun central area, creative furnishings, clean
Green smell in the bathroom
Being a traveller. I choose to stay at hotels ranging from good to very good. My experience at MileNorth has been excellent. The staff were absolutely fabulous. Thank you.
I didn't like the fact that there were stairs going down in the room I stayed in. Makes it difficult to haul bags. But it's not a life altering change.
beds were comfy location is terrific very clean
we pre-registered for our room at 10:30 a.m. but we returned at 3:30 to get in the room we had to wait for over an hour. The lobby was full of irate people also waiting for their rooms. A very bad situation.
Rooms is big
Bar on the 29. floor
It was a spur of the moment booking and it was like Cinderella had found her prince charming. The downtown location was absolutely marvelous, and the staff, when we arrived, was great. The hotel, had some aging issues, but all in all we had a great stay. The outdoor deck was cool and we enjoyed our room and the view it gave us. The location was great because we had planned some touristy things at Navy pier along with seeing a play the next night, the location was spot on, no more then a couple of bucks for the cabs. Chicago in the summertime, it can't be beat, and this hotel certainly helped us enjoy everything.
We enjoyed the first evening so much and had such a great time at places around the hotel that we said "let's stay another night". We called down to the front desk and asked them if they could accommodate us, they actually said, "Yes, for $100 less than the original night". But sadly, when we received the final bill it was $150 more than the original booking night. Four calls, and three different managers later until we finally got it straightened out. Sadly, a tough way to end that great weekend. The $58 bucks a night for valet parking seemed kind of steep, but that's downtown Chicago for you.
The hotel price was fantastic, and it is literally a half a block from the Magnificent Mile, 2 Blocks from the John Hancock Tower, and only a few blocks from several train stops. It is also right next door to Gino's East Pizza which is the best Pizza joint in Chicago in my opinion. Stay here, you will not regret it.
Proximity to the city center.
They charge you 40 per cent more for taxes and various service items. I paid 700 us dollars while the amount on the reservation was only 490 us dollars. The air condition system gives the cold air directly to the bed which made me sick and spend one day at the room. The Pillows were smelling stinky that I could only sleep by inserting deodorant on them.
Excellent location, comfortable, friendly staff, very cool!!
The location is very convenient.
The services can be better and improved. On rainy day, there is no umbrella available for the customers.
Proximity to central Chicago. Quietness during evening on the floor our room was located. Food and coffee/tea in the foyer in the morning (and evening) and the facilities in that area - ATM and Internet. Staff at desk and door very helpful. Can't think of anything negative to say.
Lovely helpful staff. Big comfortable room. Great location for shopping and easy walk to the sights.
The location was perfect.
The pillows weren't comfortable and the steps were ackward.
Big room & friendly staff
Expensive coffee shop in lobby & no pool
