My bedroom was fantastic
can't think of anything
Great hotel lobby with Apple macs for free to use!
Parking in the area is pretty pricey!
Very helpful staff
- Phone was not working - Outdated bathroom - TV Screen bad quality - Rooftop terrace opens too late
The location was Great ...the staff was a little snobby
It was the ideal location for shopping, dining and tours.
The room needed 2 chairs not just one in the standard room.
Location and room space! Decor also very nice. Nice coffee shop in the lobby!
Tv had very bad picture.
Great value! Cute boutique hotel. Very clean. Very helpful staff. Great location right off the mile next to Water Tower.
Bar downstairs - cost slightly high
Value for money. Very large room. Location.
The hotels location was excellent. Very helpful staff, cute lobby...nicely decorated room. Comfy beds that could comfortably fit two adults. Gino's East right next door so you can order a deep pan pizza to have in your room! Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others.
Can't think of anything we didn't like.
I can quite honestly say, I liked everything. From the friendly reception staff who where also very helpful and professional. The room was big and the bed as huge! Really comfortable so plenty of room to spread out. Perfectly situated just off the magnifencet mile and not to far from navy pier. Would definitely recommend. I also like the 24 hour gym, being big on my fitness, the gym isn't anything special but it good enough to get a sweat on just have to use your imagination! Oh and there is free head phones as well which is always a bonus.
Loved the room very spacious and clean. The staff realy friendly and helpful. Location very good just few bkocks from trains and a block away from mafnificent mile
The location, the view, the modern/industrial vibe of the hotel and rooms. Also the very friendly staff. Excellent value for your money!

Fun central area, creative furnishings, clean
Green smell in the bathroom
Being a traveller. I choose to stay at hotels ranging from good to very good. My experience at MileNorth has been excellent. The staff were absolutely fabulous. Thank you.
I didn't like the fact that there were stairs going down in the room I stayed in. Makes it difficult to haul bags. But it's not a life altering change.
beds were comfy location is terrific very clean
we pre-registered for our room at 10:30 a.m. but we returned at 3:30 to get in the room we had to wait for over an hour. The lobby was full of irate people also waiting for their rooms. A very bad situation.
Rooms is big
Location was great.
I stayed for two nights during Labor Day weekend. This was going to be my first time at MileNorth and I was hosting a guest from out of town, so I really thought that this hotel was going to be special. But I was completely WRONG. First off I booked 2-3 weeks in advance for a king room with a city view (I am a college student, so this was a huge splurge for me). When I arrived at the hotel to check in, I had to wait an insane amount of time while the concierge disappeared in the back, and when she finally came back I still had to wait because she was chatting with someone instead of paying attention. When she finally got back to me I was informed that I would not be getting a city view even though I paid extra for it. She offered to give me free drinks and breakfast but that was beside the point. She told me to come back in the morning to see if there was anything else available with a city view if I wanted .I was tired and did not wait to wait any longer due to the fact that I had to be somewhere in the next hour and had to get ready, so I just took the room. When we got to our room we opened the blinds to look out the window just to see nothing because it was covered halfway with paint or something. I was not happy but there was nothing I could do so we all just wanted to freshen up and as soon as we get to the bathroom, our toilet starts to overflow! And just let me say that we did not even use it yet! We tried to call down to the front desk but of course our phones were not working…that was just great. So I had to make my way down to the lobby once again and the concierge said she would send someone up as soon as possible but that never happened so we just had to get our towels to clean it up by OURSELVES. We had to leave so we asked for it to be cleaned as well as new towels to be brought up. About 2 hours later we arrived back at our room just to see the mess still on the floor and no new towels…2 HOURS LATER.
The décor was unique and the location was walking distance to many attractions.
After calling to confirm my reservation for two rooms and check in time twice, once the day before and another the day of, we arrived at check in time and only one room was available. After attempting to cancel my other reservation, which was a huge hassle, I ended up being charged for it anyway! Customer Service was very low and there were about 50 people in the lobby who's rooms were not ready for them as well. Nightmare if you had plans
It was a nice hotel.. Nice staff.
We booked our room 5 months inadvance and ended up with a room we didn't ask for... No cots avaliable either.
