Score from 881 reviews Very good
Toilet was backed up. The pull out sofa bed had no blankets. It was impossible to get served at the restaurant.
The size lf the rooms.
Location, close to the street, stores. 30 min walk to Milenium park. Clean and neat rooms. View
Front desk people we very helpful and advised us on best place to park.
We truly enjoyed our stay, perfect location downtown Chicago and centrally located on the Magnificent Mile. Exactly what we were looking for!
the location & the room size.
Very dated, lacked luxuriousness. The water in any Chicago hotel requires serious filtering for bathing hard water is awful!
The staff, location, hotel, and breakfast was awesome & I will return to stay here next time I'm visiting Chicago
The staff was welcoming. Room very tidy, clean and super large. The bed is so comfortable that I even wanted to ask about the brand to buy one home. Highly recommended!
Only problems I had was the heat in my room wasn't heating until I pulled the dirty filter our and let it sit for a while. I'm a refrigeration mechanic and believe it was due to dirty filter. Also noticed something hanging off my car and looks as if it was bumped into while valet had my car.
It was only a block off of Michigan Avenue, and the lobby was stunning. Beautiful fireplaces and decorations, and a very lively atmosphere. The room was gorgeous also, decorated in a modern but also mid-century look.
Breakfast to be included
It was amazing! The rooms were really spacious and cozy. I love the step up from the Bedroom to the Entry way. Also the Lobby had Starbucks downstairs. Staff was great.
I asked for a better view of the hotel and I got nothing.
Lobby coffeebar was great and nice informal atmosphere made visit somehow cosy.
i just didnt like the bathroom decoration and it looks very old.
$29 charge to check in early.
Bar staff was very nice.
No acknowledgement of our anniversary even though it was in the notes, and I asked if they could do anything special for us.
Fast check in, adequate number of staff and all were very friendly. Room was average size with plenty of lighting. Large shower and nice bathroom. Very comfortable.
No complaints at all.
location was great rate was good
rooms were dated rooms were hot and stuffy it was loud
Location, location, location!!!!
Valet parking price $58.
Parking fees surprised me. $48 per day.
Location, just around the corner from North Michigan avenue and Water Tower Place Bed was very comfortable
no View. We paid for a room with city view, but the windows were so humid and foggy we couldn't see anything outside. We didn't have this issue in other high rise buildings so it can't be a weather issue. Indifferent Staff 30$ early booking fee it's completely ridiculous
The location is perfect, you can reach the majority of Chicago attractions by foot.
Location, friendly staff, cozy room.
I had to pay an extra fee when we were checking out and I don't even know what is was for, they didn't explain that good enough to me.
