Parking was $58/night. No charge at Drake
Location, absolutely perfect, cafe was great, and the rooms are better than expected. We love this place
The cool bathroom was fun. Beds were so comfortable. Thermostats at either end of room. Everyone on staff very friendly. We loved Chicago before we even went outside our room.
Great location. Great and friendly staff. I like the on location coffee shop. The hotel is not new but the standard was good. I loved the bar at the top of the hotel - wow what a view.
Excellent location. Staff is very helpful
The mattress was cranky. The bathroom got some sewage problems
rooms front desk apple computers bathroooms bed printer luggage room next to the apple store
stayed in the hotel for two nights and liked everything about this hotel. the room was big and clean. the stuff was very nice, helpful and professional. the location was perfect!
the AC was a bit noisy.
Location, free wifi, free starbucks vouchers if housrkeeping not required
Aircon unit was extremely noisy
The hotel was up to expectation however the staff were useless
On arrival we were left to handle our bags. The front desk staff were useless and did not explain what they were doing. As a consequence they took our debit card and deducted the full cost of the rooms plus $210 per room for incidentals. This was not explained and was done without consent or even a signature. One of the rooms allocated was not cleaned and had been used by smokers.
Good location and nice staff
The bed wasn't very comfortable and the walls were paper thin. Even if we indicated we wanted to sleep in, we could hear room service next door every day at 8am.
The location was excellent. So close to the magnificent and within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.
First time in the city. Nice rooms cool rooftop bar and coffee shop in the lobby. Great location and value for the price
Only thing is water pressure in the showers. Mine may have just been broken
The staff & best of all....Sam! The comfy bed and room The street window all along the front with the bar for computer, food, drink. The wonderfully inviting lobby w/ rockers & atlas. The roof top bar
Slowness of getting luggage in the am--almost missed my plane.
Right across from the hospital the reason for our trip Room was quiet staff was polite if not really helpfuk
Cold room, difficult to adjust heat, dead bolt didn't work. No real breakfast available. Beds were not very good or very bad either.
Room was very comfortable. Service at check in very friendly. Wonderful boutique sylye hotel in chicago.
Location, room, bed.
The burger at the bar on the top floor, the dust in the air vents.
The Staff were very efficient and friendly. The location was perfect. The roof top bar was great. Our upgraded suite was superb.
the location and confort
the staff is very unpolite, do not care about you, the bell treats you very bed, and i think they are busy all the time. The parking is too expensive
Location was excellent. Rooms were beautiful, decor was lovely and cleanliness was first class.
I like everything.
i just want to change my room into view city but the people who work in the dask table were not help full
Very clean, all new furniture, very nice looking. Great location.
Parking $58 per night is kind of unreasonable
The size of our room was very generous and the hotel was in a great location just off Michigan Avenue. It was a short walk to The John Hancock Centre in one direction and the river in the other. The cafe in the lobby was good and we also enjoyed the rooftop bar.
The room was always hot when we returned and the aircoditioner took quite a while to respond. The other aspect which was a little surprising was that the staff at reception were efficient but not particularly helpful. One example was when I asked about a post office, they didn't know the closest one, end of discussion. When people are visiting a city for the first time they really need the benefit of local knowledge.
My bedroom was fantastic
can't think of anything
Great hotel lobby with Apple macs for free to use!
Parking in the area is pretty pricey!
