Location is terrific for Michigan Avenue shopping. It's only 3 or 4 blocks from the lake. Accepts pets, which was a prerequisite for this trip. Beautiful, contemporary decor. Valet brings car quickly. Drinks in bar expensive. |

Location Loud, 1st night people shouting 2:30 am in the corridor, 2nd night wake up service in person knocking the doors, once no refill of coffee pads, never replacement of bottles in the bathroom (shampoo etc), before check out I wanted to get ready for my long trip back, but the room service had started cleaning and I found everything misplaced, the bathroom under water, cups on the carpet, no apoligies |

Good location off Michigan Ave. Close to the Water Towers & Hancock Centre. Easy to get to by bus. Had a suite with a good view & plenty of space. The free 'Walk pack' was a good idea - had maps & info that we used around the city. Enjoyed the sound & magnetic pillows. Friendly, helpful desk staff. Plenty of restaurants in the area. |

Friendly staff. Modern, large room with great views of downtown Chicago I thought there was a swimming pool and spa before I booked it.I would not have booked it If I had known this |
