Only thing was the tax included in the final price - very small print on the booking form but significant to the bottom line price |

The fitness facility was great. Room was clean and spacious. The restaurant next door, the Barking Dog, was convenient and served a very good brunch. The concierge was very accommodating and helpful. A little rough around the edges if you looked too closely, like a missing floor tile in the corner of the bathroom. The bed was too soft for my taste and although touted on the website, I didn't see anything about a pillow menu---I didn't mind since I liked the pillows on the bed, but if you are going to brag about something like, it should be readily available. |

I really liked the space of the suite. The concierge staff was very helpful and friendly, they are a great resource and asset. We were 3 people staying in the suite, and the sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable - we alternated and slept in the sofa bed one night each, and no one got a good night sleep from it. |

The location was excellent,Beds very comfortable great views from higher floors. Enjoyed having kitchen facilities for youngsters,One of our party lost a teddy as it went in the laundry and the staff took great pains to return it! well done. Big issue with the high cost of internet use! |

Size and cleanliness of rooms. We had a bedroom with two queen beds and a seperate sitting room with kitchen off (which we never used!) Appreciated being 37 storeys up as the view was spectacular across Manhattan to the Chrysler Building. Lots of restaurants literally just around the corner. Whilst clean, the rooms and common areas could do with a refurbishment (carpets & decor) to continue to compete with the branded offer (Sheraton, etc.) |

It was right in the city center and we could walk to the Empire State Building as well as Time Square. It was perfect! I guess the pull put couch was not the greatest, but works very well for a short time. |

I liked the size of the room. It was very accomodating for a family of 5. I think the rooms should have a modern look. They were kind of dark. |

We thought the location and the staff were very good. Also the bar next door was convenient and very good. The windows need replacing to allow better soundproofing. |

I liked its location (a walk distance from empire state building and times square). Rooms are spacious and the kitchen is very useful. The lack of a free internet service (on the lobby pc). |

Great service, they were able to honour a specific room request. Also they were able to hold our baggage before and after our stay at the hotel. Very helpful. The doorman did get a taxi for us although we were not hotel guest anymore. Everything was fine and above expectations. |

What a find in New York! The price really does belie the quality of the accomodations. I would have expected to pay a lot more to stay here. The room was just huge, with a great view (we were on the 37th floor). The bathroom was lovely, the bed very large and comfortable, and the room seemed to have everything we needed. The large separate lounge meant that the children slept there on the sofa bed. The gym is good also. The cafe next door (the barking dog) does great breakfasts too. The empire state building was a short walk away and the cabs we took all over town to see the sights never cost more than $10. This hotel really is an amazing place for the price. |
