La situation, rapport qualité prix J'avais demandé lors de la confirmation de ma réservation que le canapé- lit soit fait, lors de l'arrivée à l'hotel il n'était pas fait, il a fallu 3 rappels pour qu'il soit enfin fait, le 2 ème jour soir. Personnel de l'hotel pas très efficace, sauf les portiers qui étaient très gentils et serviables. |

excelllente literie, le point d'honneur de l'hôtel petit déjeuner à l'hôtel est une arnaque, cher et de piètre qualité par rapport à ce que l'on peut trouver à New York à l'extérieur |

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was spacious. I especially liked the complimentary tea bar. The hotel was great. However, the booking from booking.com never went through. We were extremely lucky that there was a single room left. The staff gave it to us at the booking.com rate, which was far below the stated rate. |

I loved the services - all employees are very, very polited, friendly and gentle. It was a pleasure being there. I couldn't get the early check-in or the late check-out as I needed to. It wasn't posible ask for these conditions by the website, neither by phone after my reservation is confirmed, neither there when I arrived. During all my staying at the hotel, I've tryied to arrange at least the late check-out, but they used to say that only on the departure day it'll be posible define that - and it wasn't. |

Ottima zona,tranquilla ed elegante. Junior suite con patio, molto grande e confortevole, il letto king è enorme e i numerosi cuscini sono per tutti i gusti. Tè e tisane sempre a disposizione degli ospiti. Frigo bar caro, ma avendo la cucina vi è la possibilità di servirsi dei vicini supermercati. Il personale cambia praticamente ogni giorno, tutti gentili, ma alcuni molto disponibili, altri meno. Avrei prefrito la doccia con box al posto della vasca con tenda ma è solo un dettaglio. |

ホテルは全体に清潔でよかった。スタッフは悪くはなかったが、フレンドリーな印象はなかった。もう少しホスピタリティがあればもっと泊まりたくなると思う。 |

La situacion El servicio de habitaciones fue pesimo.y luego los servicios que ofrecen en la pagina web, no eran del todo ciertos, decia que habian 4 restaurantes dentro del hotel y no estaban dentro, sino que habian restaurantes cerca del hotel.que no es del todo cierto.el spa,eso¿donde estaba? |
