The excitement didn't last lkng. About a minute in, we realized the tv wasn't working. When we called the front desk, the lady simply said, unapologetically, or even showing any willingness to help, "well, our service suppliers are having a problem. I don't know if the tv will be back on. " lie. It wasn't sayyin "no service" it just simply had no service.
On the bill/quote, it says they offer wifi, cable tv, movies, room service, hypoallergenic pillows. But trust me. Non of these were offered. We asked for the pillow and the lady said no extra pillows. Ofcourse there was no tv, and for room service? They said we had to call the restaurants our selves (did you forget to mention this, when you said you offer room service?)
So we called. Wen we got the bill, they had charged us for calling, and for having the food delivered(on top of the restaurant's fees and all)
All in all, i felt lied to and robbed. And I usually never worry about how i spend my money/ or how much i spend.
Did I mention; the towels were dirty.
My initial excitement quickly turned into disappointment.
Never going back.
I went to this hotel with a couple of friends. When we entered, it was perfect. We got excited about the big bathroom, the fact that it had a kitchen( with good appliances), big beds and sofa bed. The safe in the closet, and the iron.
