Spacious, clean rooms, friendly staff willing to help with how to move around, museums, etc

The lobby space is small and furniture is not comfortable, does not invite clients to stay in lobby.

Location, cleanliness, efficient staff.

I would like to have gotten a lower priced room or package

Needs more amenities, for example, a vending area with coffee,etc. Internet connection too slow and of poor connectivity quality. Way too expensive. Most other quality hotels offer Internet access for free. Needs a center to print boarding passes, etc.

The location is perfect. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We have stayed there many times previously. Very clean. Tiny but well done bathroom. Comfortable bed. Huge TV. Four thumbs up from us.

Kitchenette needs supplies. There was only one frying pan... No other cooking utencils. The coffee maker was either broken or made lousy coffee. Wish they had provided salt, pepper, paper towels.

The location and the size of the room

It was suppose to be a suite with a kitchen, but it had no table and chairs!

A very quiet hotel. Super large comfortable bed the best nights sleep we've ever had in a hotel. Very handy have kitchen facilities to make a cup of tea and enjoy food we got from New York deli's. We liked the large windows which let in plenty of light.

The furniture was bit Ikea in appearance the. Kitchen even more so.

Liked the location. It was within walking distance of my business location. The bathrom was spotless.

Excellent location, close to Central Park, shopping, restaurants and cinemas. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious rooms.

WiFi internet conection expensive and slow in the rooms. In the lobby it is free and has good speed.

Spacious suite with private patio. Lots of closet space. Good selection of on demand movies. Good shower, lots of mirrors. Great staff. Location.

Being charged for each device you connect to wi-fi is crazy. Wi-fi didn't work properly in the bedroom. Old kitchen cabinets. Really old. Small towels.

The room was huge and very clean! Bed was comfy and I liked the decor.

My tub did not drain. Would have been nice if there had been a small bar or coffee place within.

The confort of the apartment, with full kitchen, and the bed really confortable.

The bathroom is a little bit small, and towels are poor. No bathrobe.

The welcome was excellent, the room was full of space, well fitted out, the bed was really comfortable. I loved the pillow menu! It's located around the corner from Bloomingdales. The reception team were very helpful. I will stay here again!

I live in Texas. I came home from work on Monday, December 31, 2012, and received a telephone call that my daughter was admitted to the lenox hill hospital located on E. 77th Street in New York City. She had to have immediate surgery (not lasar!; She had to be cut.) I immediately made an airline reservation to leave dfw on Saturday, Jan. 5 and return to dfw on Sunday, Jan. 6. I Googled hotels near East 77th Street in New York to be near the hospital. I saw the Affinia Gardens on booking.com. I made a room reservation for an arrival on Saturday, Jan. 5. In the 'Special Request' field I wrote, "My daughter is a patient at lenox hill hospital. She had a serious emergency surgery, totally unexpected, on December 31, 2012. I live in Texas and must see her. Please do no assign me a room that is 1) next to the housekeeping closet, 2) the first room next to or across from the elevator, and 3) the very last room down the corridor. Is there some compassion that I can have an interior room and a quiet room? As soon as my flight arrives into LaGuardia I am heading to Lenox Hill. I won't have the energy to change rooms once I arrive in the hotel. I would like to hope someone in reservations or the front desk would do the "right" thing for a parent with a sick daughter in Lenox Hill. I appreciate your understanding at this very emotional time". Did I get a room away from the housekeeping closet? No I did not! I was assigned the very room I nicely requested both in writing and in person upon check-in that I did not want. Did I get a room not located next to the elevator? No I did not! Again, I was assigned the room as I got off of the elevator on the 4th floor, I made a lwft and there was the housekeeping closet and then my room. When I mentioned this on Sunday morning to the Manager-on- Duty, Pedro, he researched my reservation and told me that the problem was that I had made the room reservation through a 3rd party~booking.com.

Everything. great surprise,spacious,view, calm,clean,pleasantly decorated,comfortable bed,lots of mirrors, convenient kitchenet, will be back

Large comfortable room with kitchen.

The location is very good. The rooms are good size. The bed is very good.

The fixtures are old. The hotel is understaffed specially at the reception. The kitchen has less than the bare minimum cutting knives,pots and pans.

The big rooms and the location.

One of the familymembers are allergic to dust and reacted to the carpet. Parquet on the floor would be much better than carpet all over. If we could choose, we would liked to have a bar in the hotel which would be convenient when travelling with children.

The location is very quiet and elegant residencial area. It takes 10 minutes walking from Central Park. It is very confortable for 3 people. 2big beds and 1 sofa bed. Even if you stay 5 people, it would be enogh space. Publick area is convinient. Free wifi and Free soft drinks.(nice coffee selection and herbe tea!)

Staff number is not enough. Sometimes very clouded at reception desk. If you need some assistance like a consierge service, it is not appropriate.
