Hjälpsam personal, relativt nära till mycket på manhattan, mycket skön säng, fräscha rum, personalen var förutom vid incheckningen mycket trevlig och hjälpsam

När vi kom till hotellet fick vi inte det rum vi beställt och det blev lite tjafs tills vi tillslut fick ett nästan lika bra rum

bed was uncomfortable. internet wasn't included and was difficult to sign on to. i stayed for 3 weeks and repeatedly had to call the help desk to get on.

The room was spacious. The hotel was well position four blocks away from Central Park and near Lexington Avenue. There were many places to eat out nearby. As there was a small kitchen there was also a good range of supermarkets nearby.

The rooms were worn and felt old. Very cold in the room. The fridge was really noisy and woke you up.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, good & quiet location, spacious room. I would be very happy to recommend this hotel to prospective travellers.

The description of the room (i.e., junior suite with two queen beds) present on line did not correspond to any room available. The price was not the best price guaranteed.

Very large room, nice staff, helpful during the snowstorm,quiet location, but convenient to city attractions. Would stay there again definitely.

Having a kitchen when traveling with children is key. The beds and linens were quite comfortable. The bathroom was clean and newly redone.

The kitchen needs work. While the countertops were nice, the appliances were old. The floor was ancient and the outlet for the toaster and coffee maker did not work. Paper towels would have been a nice addition to the kitchen. The carpeting in the living and bedroom areas was disgustingly dirty. It felt as though there was no padding underneath and the floor was quite drafty. I cannot say enough about how uncomfortable it was to walk on such an obviously filthy carpet.

The staff was extremely helpful. I borrowed a vase, extra chairs for our Thanksgiving meal. I felt like I could walk in the lobby in my pajama's if I wanted. Felt like a bed n breakfast place. I liked that there was a full kitchen and a nice large patio (weather was a little to cold to use). I loved the location. Quiet with easy access to everything. Central Park is so close, shopping, museums. The bathroom was big enough to accomodate the 4 of us.

There needed to be some drawer space to put clothes. There were 2 adults and 2 kids in the room and only one drawer. For a full kitchen there was not enough cooking/silverware. I bought some serving utensils.

It was very homey and the staff were very kind and helpful.

The room we reserved was never available...were placed in another availabe room...they said at a discounted price...next day they moved us to a 1 bedroom suite but when I paid the bill it was all at the regular rate I saw online...so my stay ended up costing me more than the original reservation...more than I wanted to spend but the place was great.

Excellent hotel. Good location and the staff was very nice. Halloween party with the kids was amazinga. Room was very comfortable and clean
