Værelserne var meget rene, roomservice er god, der bliver skiftet håndklæder og sengetøj hver dag. Der kommer meget gadelarm igennem vinduerne der hvor aircondition-maskinerne sidder. Hotellet har prøvet at afskærme det, men hjælper ikke så meget. Ved ikke om det skal forbedres, for det er jo New York City man er i, og en del af charmen ved denne by er jo at der er liv omkring dig hele tiden :) Dog manglede der et sted hvor man kunne sidde og spise sammen, nu hvor der var et lille køkken.. |

Furniture and or bedding was pretty worn. Handles were sometimes missing. Mirrors has backing that was peeling off. Some electrical outlets did not work. |

The staff were super friendly, especially Amanda who told us where to shop and eat and her suggestions were spot on!! The location is perfect, in the heart of the city with subways down the street. Would stay here again. |

The proximity of the hotel to the main touristic sites of Manhattan as well as to shopping facilities and good restaurants. The rate per room a bit high for families. |

location, stuff is helpfull, they have upgraded us to a bigger room, room are very big, with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen the hotel requires remodelling, it's a little old, poor view from the window, wind blows from the windows, sometimes it's too cold |

The Affinia has an excellent location, madison square gardens accross road, macys less than a 5 min walk..we stayed in a one bed apt,,large bedroom, 2 bathrooms, double sofa bed in living area, tv in both bedroom and living room and small kitchen.. the staff in the affinia were the most helpfull & friendly crew we have ever come accross in any hotel..i would def recommend this hotel. |
