Location was good. Evening staff were terrible and not interested in providing appropriate service. We booked the suite. The room was on level 3 and was poorly insulated. the window could not close sufficiently so you can here everything outside. It also does not help that management decide to turn on the generator at 1am. Reception did not bother to pick up the phone when I called. I actually had to get changed and go down to complain. The generator was turned off moments later, but the front desk had no interest whatsoever in moving us or assisting.

The location across the street from Penn Station. Our room was recently refurbished. We stayed in one of the studio suites. There is no free wifi, not even in the lobby. Staff didn't go out of their way for anything. The bathroom was super tiny, as was the closet. The kitchen is neat idea but the coffee provided was horrid. The room had two settings for heat: on + off. And when maintenance staff came to our room, they told us to keep the heat on and turn on the air- conditioning. With all the choice in New York, we can definitely stay we'll not be staying at this hotel again.

The best part is the location, close of penstation The Worst part is the noise we have in the rooms, the caulking is not well done, one more thing the taxes are different from those published by you guys on the booking confirmation.

Room was excellent and bed was very comfortable. Good little kitchen and great lounge area. Chose it for price and location and we thought it was at least as good as one we had paid 4 times more for the previous week. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent amenities for the price. The room had two beds, a kitchenette (which we weren't expecting) and a bathroom. Yes, the bathroom was a bit small but it had everything you needed. The room itself was quite large and even had a nice sitting area so you didn't have to sit on the bed all the time. If you're not used to be on a busy city street, definitely bring some earplugs. That being said, we stayed the night that the Rangers won game 7 of round two of the playoffs and weren't woken up in the night.

Everything from the moment we arrived the staff were exceptionally friendly, our room was lovely with two comfortable beds and kitchen area for us to make a drink and the restaurant and Nile's bar were great. Had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to everyone. One impressive hotel....

The location was our main concern to chose the hotel and also it was one of the few hotels who had available room with 2 separate beds at the prices of a double queen bedded room. From this pont of view the hotel was good. the price not good value for money though .

Rooms are a good size and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Wifi is expensive and slow. There were a couple of problems with heating and wifi access whilst I was staying there. Bathrooms could do with an update.

The location was perfect, right across from Penn Station. I'm originally from Long Island, so I've always experienced Manhattan. I know it sort of well, but the fact that I didn't have to go far from the Amtrak terminal at Penn was great! The staff was also amazingly friendly as all hours of day/night. My room was clean and comfy!

A boutique hotel which is very well located if you need to travel further on train as it is just opposite Penn station. Nice friendly staff and quick room service. Choice of breakfast items was very limited.

Thought the hotel was lovely room was very spacious & the bed was so comfy & it was just minutes from times square During my stay I booked a room with two double beds but when I got there They said there was none & gave me a room with one bed in it & a pull out sofa bed. The bathroom was tiny you literally only had room to step in & then you met the loo!! Also there was a good bit of building work going on around it and it was very noisy & the drilling started at 7am!! Apart from that I haven't complaints.

We had requested a "quiet" room, but the room we were assigned was too close to the elevators. The people at the desk found us an identical replacement that was very quiet. The staff was cordial and helpful. The retaurant is good. The location worked very well for us. Altogether a good experience.

The situation, in front of Madison Square Garden. The distribution of the room. Could be better exploited. The bathroom is tiny and the room lighting poor.

“The size of our room was a pleasant surprise. Plenty big for a couple plus their adult daughter. We've stayed in several NYC hotels and our room at Affinia Gardens was by far the largest. Plus we had a kitchen. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. We wil definitely return.” Eli, San Anselmo |
