Great time second time I stay there great . Great both times.
The staff was excellent and very attentive of their guest. We appreciate the noncommericalization. It was very quite and peaceful.
The kitchen was not equipped with adequate utensils one spoon and no knives at all.
shopping centers within walking distance
Yes love it
Staff were very friendly. Always ready to help with everything. The whole place was spotless, inside & out. It's located back off of the main road, so it's very quiet. Their web page says "Max 2 people" & I worried about that as we were visiting our son in the Marines & he usually stays with us in a hotel room. They said "No problem." They gave us extra everything for him. Much better than even a suit at a hotel. We loved it.
Only 2 small pillows on the bed. But, I just had surgery for a wrist fracture the day before our arrival & without me even asking for them, the staff said they'd get us extra pillows so I'd be more comfortable.
the generous space
serious maintenance issues with regard to the bathroom
The staff especially office manager Melinda was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to everything. Great value and would definitely stay here again.
Everything, location to places to shop and eat.
We were visiting for a wedding. My family and I booked 6 rooms and everyone was pleased with the size and comfort of these apartments. I will definitely stay there again. And I loved that a strip mall is just around the corner in walking distance.
Kitchen well stock with everything you need
Only two pillows on the bed
The feel of a "mini" apartment, kitchen with a dining table, layout of the floor plan and the very nice manager. Reasonably quiet and close to a restaurant and some shopping.
The lack of a service desk during our stay on the weekend. A bulb burned out in the bathroom and no one to give a replacement. Also, the light at the door did not have a bulb, so no light to come in with after dark. There were no extra towels, we stayed three nights, 2 people and only three towels.
Was very satisfied with every thing, quite very clean, staff was excellent. Our granddaughters wedding, we had flowers delivered and the front desk made sure that someone was there so we would not miss the delivery. Would stay again
Did not have hair dryers in the room.
cost/value helpfulness of staff quiet cooking ourselves dvd player separate bedroom from sitting area
Facilities, price, staff
I loved the privacy, the location, and also how quiet it was. The staff was very friendly and was there to help with whatever.
There was nothing about my stay that I didn't like. It was all absolutely wonderful and an overall great experience.
I like that there was a fully stocked kitchen if we wouldn't to cook and that the bedroom was not an attachment of the living room and kitchen. Convenient to the stores and restaurants.
The money saved by booking affordable suites as opposed to other suites in the area.
Didn't like the stagnant pond out front causing massive amounts of bugs that were everywhere, including all over the lights that never turn off out side of each room, causing them to enter the room if the door is opened. Didn't like that I asked for a quiet room and had to deal with the most annoying refrigerator ever, this alone kept us from resting well the entire stay. Didn't like the dirty dishes in the cubbard, and purchased my own disposable dishes after arriving. Didn't like the silverfish we had to continue to get rid of. Didn't like the extremely hard bed that was impossible to get a refreshing sleep, it didn't seem like queen size bed, which is what I booked. Overall, I will pay more money next time to stay somewhere nicer.
Location was great, close to eateries and stores. Great room for the price. Air worked great! Would stay again.
Bed could be better, slightly hard but I still got a good night rest. Came across one bug, few strains of hair in the tub, other than that, pretty clean. No coffee, pots/pans or utensils. If you plan on cooking Wal-mart is in the next parking lot. Overall good stay!
Good value for the money spent. Good location and quite location
No staff member at office when we arrived, had to call and leave message along with two other guests that had also arrived when we did. Unable to exchange dirty linen for clean, was told that service is only provided once each week of stay. Was able to get extra linen from manager at check in.
Scariest experience I have ever had as a guest at a hotel. The manager, John, runs the place like his own little backwater town where employees and guests alike are beholden to the whims of the power-crazed sheriff. We arrived 45 minutes before the official 3pm check-in time, and found guests who had driven for hours, as well as staff, all locked out in the heat, waiting for John. Repeated calls to the emergency number posted went unanswered. There were four of us in two adjacent rooms, and the second day there, my son let his door blow shut as he went to retrieve something from the car. Ok, it happens all the time. Go to the office, apologize, take your lumps and get another key. Except at this place the office is open very limited hours and closed for the entire 3-day holiday weekend. Calling the emergency number on the door, we left a message for John. Remember John? Eventually, after dialing five times in quick succession, he finally answered his cell phone and said he could be there with another key in 30 minutes, but it would cost us twenty dollars, cash only. A half hour later, he comes strolling around the corner. He lives right on the property! Behind the office! He says nothing, just stands there with his hand out. And when I have the nerve to ask if charging for this is the company policy, he says exactly two words: "check in", meaning he told us this at check-in (not true), and turns to walk away on three separate occasions, leaving us locked out with our property inside. Eventually he is screaming, "I don't need this" and "This is your problem, not mine". The man couldn't put together one calm, rational sentence. After handing over the grease payment, we were given another key, although we were now apparently on his list, as we watched while he proceeded to circle the hotel several times, repeatedly marching past our window.
quite affordable perfect location awesome service apartment style
only 2 people per room no 24hr customer service desk
The suite was very nice and accomodated our weekend very well. The location is excellent for shopping, eating, and local entertainment.
Value for the money was excellent! Very quiet and caters to those working a way from home / extended stay. I hope they have a vacancy the next time I am in Jacksonville.
Easy going staff. Private door, no lobby, to a balcony Very homelike. Extremely Happy I did bring pillows from home my second trip theirs are a little on the flat side. Will stay here whenever I come to Jacksonville NC
The staff was far from accommodating. Of the four nights I was there, housekeeping didn't come once. The bed was rock hard, half of the TV channels didn't work, an it needed a good deep cleaning. Upon check in I was asked if my daughter was going to be loud, and that if she was we couldn't stay... Needless to say my toddler was far quieter than the people in the next room over having a party every night, WITH THE DOOR OPEN... It was relatively cheap, but I got what I paid for.
