Design, size and cleanliness of rooms, staff friendly, good value for price, free breakfast, free internet Internet connection slow and not very reliable, area where the hotel is not good (lots of homeless people), hotel parking at 25 $ per day overprized |

Great value. Recently renovated room. Nice, streamlined decor. Friendly, helpful staff. Good continental breakfast. Big, nicely lit bathroom. As noted in many customer reviews, there are a lot of down-and-out street people in the neighborhood. Travelers with young children might prefer to stay elsewhere. My friend and I felt safe walking to and from the hotel, even at night. The homeless folks made me sad, but they weren't threatening. |

The room itself was very nice We had to stay in another hotel the first night due to problems. After a long flight this was not very nice. They did not offer any compensation in the first place, although the hotel where we stayed was of a lower quality. After all we got a small discount. Also, the area of the hotel was not very safe. |

Very central could walk to Union Square etc or buses. The staff messed up one of our tours but it got rectified after we had to pay for a taxi to the tour office. |

Hotel was better than expected. Rooms were in good condition and cleaned every day. Breakfast was excellent ;). |

The room was large, and athough there weren't neither refrigerator - in S.F. may result useless - nor microwawe, it was clean and really confortable. The position, apparently unsafe, and not only at night. The hotel didn't respect the reservation fare for parking (it was 15$ per day, they transformed it in 25$). More, the parking the hotel uses has two different fares, for hotel customers and for private citizen, and the customer pay more (why?). So, I asked to be considered a not-customer and to have a consequent fare, but they didn't allow it |

Very central, it's great if you like to go to Haight and Downtown because it's right in the middle The laundry detergent made me and my friend cough and sneeze |

the continental breakfast is really good. I really like that you can sit and talk and relax and have a good breakfast and time is really good too. Co'z some people sleep in so the 8am-11am is really good. no refrigirator. |

the staff was amazing..always ready to help you out! i would definitely go back to cova Hotel! as you read it before..the location isnt that great but what can you do...take a cab for about 5 us and you get out of there! Above all..i recommend it! |

the room is big and clean. nice tv. I ordered standard king room one month ago, but when I arrived, I found the room is twin room. Same thing happened for parking rate, I got the confirmation with 15$ a day, but when I arrived, it's 25$, they said they fail to update the web site, but I have to pay 10$ more...... |
