the continental breakfast is really good. I really like that you can sit and talk and relax and have a good breakfast and time is really good too. Co'z some people sleep in so the 8am-11am is really good.

the room is big and clean. nice tv.

I ordered standard king room one month ago, but when I arrived, I found the room is twin room. Same thing happened for parking rate, I got the confirmation with 15$ a day, but when I arrived, it's 25$, they said they fail to update the web site, but I have to pay 10$ more......

the staff was friendly and helpful; the parking was reasonable and convenient and parking staff was courteous. The proximity to the Civic Center, The Asian Art Museum, St. Mary's Cathedral, Japantown, Market Street, Union Square was great. I liked the plush beddings, the updated bathroom; the breakfast area was neat, sunny and the 8th floor location with the cityview was a nice way to begin my day

The presence of homeless people in the neighborhood was disturbing, especially as some of them were sometimes loud and appeared to be under some kind of chemical influence. However, they kept mostly to themselves.

They have a realy good breakfast.

The hotel is about 7 bloks away from Union Square which is fine only starting from the 5th blok the neigberhoud is pritty bad, many beggers. I fel quite unsafe, also during the day. The parking lot doesn't belong to the hotel and was 10 dollars more expensive than mentioned on the site.

The room had recently been referbished,wall mounted L.c.d. televisiion.Good breakfast.

The room cleaning was always done late afternoon,I found this to be very inconvenient at times.Not a good area, many homeless people near the hotel, but had no problems with them.

Il fatto che ci è stata data una suite ampissima e molto pulita con una ricca dotazione di servizi; alla reception sono stati molto gentili e cordiali.Il clima è familiare ed il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente buono.

la posizione, Tenderloin, pur essendo vicino a Downtown, è il quartiere più povero della città ma non abbiamo mai avuto problemi.
