Ön bürodaki elemeanlar çok ilgili. Oda ve banyo oldukça konforlu. Asansörlerle sadece oda kartı olanların çıkması çok güzel, bu şekilde güven sağlanmış olunuyor.Kahvaltının açık büfe şeklinde olması ve zengin menünün bulunması çok hoşuma gitti.Peynir çeşidi olmasa da Türklerin kahvaltı anlayışına yakın diyebiliriz. Oda içinde çekmeceli bir dolap olsa iyi olurmuş.Sadece askılara birşey asıyorsunuz ama birşey koyamıyorsunuz.Diğer bir önemli şeyde otel yakınındakı evsiz kişilerin çokluğu. Zararsız olsalarda insan rahatsız oluyor. Merkeze bu kadar yakın bir otelde böyle şeyler görmek beni çok şaşırttı. Bunun için önlem alınabilir. |

It's so close to everything, but again the area at night is not too safe to wander around alone. There wasn't any housekeeping after 4 p.m. |

The staff were amazing, price was amazing, really really happy with the experience I would recommend it to anyone Its location is so central alhough it is right on the edge of the "tenderloin" district which is not the safest. This was not really a problem,just took some extra caution, walk around the area and not through it and you will have no problems. Hotel is very safe. |

They had valet parking in a bad neighborhood - always a plus, even thought it's $25. Cabs were easy to come by, the location was accessible to all major areas of downtown SF and the bed was large and comfortable. Some of the staff (I actually think he was part of the family that owned the hotel) was not very friendly when we checked in. Additionally, the maid knocked on our door in the morning and after we yelled that we were still inside, she continued to open the door. |

The Fitness Center was okay. It was clean and the equipment was in order. The people who stayed in the room next to us were so loud, all night long playing games, talking aloud and making noise in general. We told the front desk and they said the party of people was to check out the same day, however they didn't and we found out late at night when they were still loud. We would have liked another room had we known they were staying. The Daily Bread "restaurant" wasn't cleaned properly from day to day. Also it was never stacked up, something was always missing. |

Nice/kind hotel staff, fresh orange juice in breakfast, nice/clean room. Ellis Street is said to be the worst street in the downtown, due to the beggers and homeless people. (Hint: Use O'Farrell Street for walking or take the shuttle.) No cheese in breakfast, bad for Mediterreans. |
