It was close to the airport Not the cleanest we've stayed in. There were several raccoons in the bushes heading to our room and when we told the front desk they said they knew and the raccoons had been there quite a while. Since raccoon can be dangerous when cornered I wonder why the hotel has not taken care of this problem. In addition. Our room had little hot water, no water pressure and the water did not go down the drain. All were reported. |

The room smelled musty/moldy. Safe did not work but was charged the $2.00 per day anyway. Stairways dirty. Railings dirty and in need of painting. |

The hotel was very convienient for the airport with a free shuttle and the breakfast was open early. They automatically add a $2 charge per day to the room for use (or non-use) of the safe in the room although this information was not given when booking. Although not a lot it is effectively adding $2 per night to room charges without informing you. |

We especially appreciated the convenient and efficient shuttle service to and from the airport and cruise lines. When laying out my clothes to re organize and re pack I found the wood surfaces to be very dusty. |

it was close to the port bed very soft and squeeky, pillows clumpy,tv converter did not work,entrance door to room needs repair, could hardly open it, mold around bath tub. plastic plates etc. used for breakfast ( not very environmentally friendly and you don't need a kitchen to have a dish washed!) |

For an overnight stay prior to a cruise it met our needs. Transport from airport to hotel, hotel to cruise ship was one determining factor in staying at this hotel.. Basic, but clean "motel style" room. Pool area quite nice. Great deal at Booking.Com rate of $129./night. Would not pay more. |

We chose the hotel for its proximity to the Airport and the Cruise Port. We also appreciated the transportation from the airport, and ot the cruise dock. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, however, the physical setup of the breakfast room made the process of getting breakfast very awkward and slow. We heard many negative comments about the organization of it. |

We were quoted a price night by the staff at the desk for my brother who needed a room and we were charged a different rate. I called to have it resolved but have been unsuccessful so far. Very crowded @ check-out (time-consuming). |

Expensive and uncomfortable with undue delays while the driver picked up others. A taxi would have been cheaper and more efficient. Otherwise the hotel was satisfactory |

Gratis vervoer van vliegveld en naar haven. Op het vliegveld duidelijk herkenbaar telefoon(s) met directe verbinding met het hotel. Het hotel dient voornamelijk als doorgangshotel voor reizigers per vliegtuig of cruiseboot. Ondanks de dagelijkse drukte heeft men de zaken wel onder controle. In de omgeving is niets te beleven.Gezien de vervoersorganisatie in het hotel kan ook een excursie geregeld worden. |

Nära flygplatsen med gratis transfer var bekvämt. Bra för enstaka övernattningar på väg mot nästa mål. Gratis fukost. Rummet luktade lite unket och en aning mögel. Ganska lyhört ut mot korridoren. Långa korridorer att ta sig igenom för att komma till vissa rum, jobbigt om man har en tung resväska att konka på. |
