Great place to stay for a night. Quiet. Can't beat the price. It was very convenient for me.

I agree with the one review about the bed, and there was also some wallpaper coming off wall but the room was very clean. Staff was friendly but not always there since they transport to the airport .

The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. It was not a Hilton, but a great little place to spend the night.

The bed wasn't super comfy, but it was still sleep-friendly. There was a little bit of wallpaper coming off the wall, but it was totally worth the money.

The price was right for just an overnight stay. Staff was very helpful with our elderly parents, but the room really needs an update. The carpet and bathroom was horrible. The room was cold and the heating unit was ancient, it took forever to get warm. The bed was clean ,but other than that the overall room was poor.

Was very basic, no-frills. Got what you paid for.

The front desk agent was extremely rude to me when I asked what the price of the room was, and that it was cheaper online. I proceeded to book it online and then he was rude and accused me of making a commission off of booking online. Room was decent, but hadn't been cleaned properly. Grounds were in poor condition. Would not stay here again, even though it is cheap.

The staff member (owner?) who picked us up from the airport, checked us in and took us back to the airport was very courteous, pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the heat was on low so that our room was warm when we came in on a very cold night.

The breakfast was not great but was typical of breakfasts at other similar hotels.

No tp in restroom. Tv remote did not work. No one at front desk for more then 20 minutes. Ice machine not working. No water in pop machine. Snow removal was unacceptable, leaving many unsafe areas for foot travel. Furniture in the office area is old, unmatched, and in horrible condition. And the "customer service" rep refused to issue a senior discount to a 69 year old woman, because she secured the room on line. This experience was not worth $19.99 a nite, let alone $49.00 plus 13% tax.

Easy to find, convenient to airport, pleasant staff

Very old, worn and dirty. My wife was unable to sleep at all given the room condition
