Close to the airport so good for travel. Simple, clean hotel. Easy and free parking.

In my opinion poor breakfast for a hotel in this price range.. Room window is not openable. Decor feels a little like a time warp back to 1991

Breakfast was very good--very clean and well supplied. Rooms were also clean and staff very helpful.

TV did not work- called desk and they said they wold send someone to fix. 1/2 later- still waiting and went to bed. Wifi kept fading in and out

The staff didn't seem to go out of their way to answer questions, not very engaging. The breakfast was fair less appealing than other hotels with mini continental breakfasts. The bagels tasted like cardboard, the yogurt choices were minimal, and the juice was almost like syrup. Anyway, I don’t feel like we got our $154 worth. On top of that the hot tub was slightly green and foggy which was a bummer after a long day. Although the pool was crystal clear.

Everything was perfect - room, check-in, location, weather!!!

Duty clerk when I checked in was very cold and aloof, not friendly in the least. Check in was smooth and fast but he offered nothing reassuring. He did not dress properly for the position. Must be good help is hard to find in Ft. Myers.

I like the convenience of being near the airport and the many restaurants.

I with the pool was heated or indoors, one or the other would have been nice.

Close to airport Restaurants walking distance - convenient although not that good.

Noise of air conditioner/fan - loud and could not control it going on and off. Miserable night sleep. Slept maybe 1.5 hours and then headed off to be in airports or airplanes from 4:00 in the morning eastern time to 4:00 in the afternoon pacific time. Television never worked - difficult to figure out how to turn it on and the only thing that came up was static.

The staff was more than helpful and very friendly.

I was highly disappointed with the so-called gym. A treadmill and stationary bike....really! I could not believe what I didn't see when going to workout. It is important to have a decent gym and at least an ellipticle, which is the most ergonomic machine for all concerned. Very disappointed.

Accommodations were fine, however HOT WATER SYSTEM seems to be lacking. Needs attention. Your water bill must be extremely high.

Every thing it was ok

Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Staff friendliness did not meet my expectations. Pool and spa looked dirty.

The rooms were sparkling clean. The beds were very comfortable and the AC works great

The location was great. Close to the highways and easy to access the rest of the Ft. Myers area. For being an airport location I found the area to be much more pleasant than I expected.

The pool kind of felt like it was sitting in the parking lot. But not a big deal.

People in the next room had their tv on all night very loud. When we reported it the girl at the desk said there wasn't anything they could do about it.

Even it did not have a restraunt one was within a very short walk and it was less than five minutes from jet blue red sox training facility and th airport

Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was good. Room was spacious for two people. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Definitely would stay here again!

Bathroom was quite small.
