Best Western Airport Inn  

I like that it is near the airport and near restaurants and retail.

I didn't like the ants in my room. I didn't like that they did not give me my wake up call. I didn't like that they didn't have the television channels advertised. I didn't like that the airport shuttle didn't come to the airport until I called the hotel.

Even it did not have a restraunt one was within a very short walk and it was less than five minutes from jet blue red sox training facility and th airport

It was a great spot to return a vechicle. We actually rented a vechicle in Orlando and traveled to Lakeland. We then stayed there to return the vechicle to catch the Key West Express to Key West. It was convenient to catch the shuttle back to our hotel after returning the car and didn't take long at all to get to the Ferry the next day. Great choice for us.

We found the staff very friendly and very helpful finding us places to eat and shop.They go out of their way to make you feel at home. The continental breakfast was excellent and starts at 5 for those who need to leave early.

The upgrade to the Presidential suitr

We did very much appreciate the complimentary airport shutte which was also available to fetch us from the airport the evening before our departure after having returned our rental car. Also the readiness to supply a scale to make sure that our suitcases did not exceed the weight limit merits to be mentioned as well as the empathy shown when our attempts to check in and print boarding passes failed due to restrictions applied by the airline. Positive was the equipment of our room not only with a fridge but also a microwave. The room had recently been furnished with a big flatscreen tv.

Only some minor details and suggestions to mention: On arrival we were offered and took another room as it could not be excluded that one bedsheet had not been changed in the first room. The hairdryer was old and we could not make it work. Service was however not asked for remedy, as we had only a short stay left. We needed help to start the satellite decoder for the new tv and were a bit confused because of two channel lists of which one was obsolete and did not know that also the decoder had to be switched on. We would consider the small fee foreseen for the use of the room safe as financially irrelevant but annoying for guests and would wish more tables in the entrance hall to improve comfort when eating the complementary continental breakfast.

Arrived with two small dogs. Good location close to airport. Room for dogs to be exercised outside. Friendly staff. Clean room. Quiet. Good breakfast choice.

Only suggestion is provide real plates/knives/spoons rather than plastic for breakfast, and employ one person part-time to clear up and wash the dishes every morning. Would be a big plus, and financially no big difference. All that plastic garbage created makes me cringe! Thank You Andrew Gardner

Free Airport Shuttle and pool were why we chose this hotel

The staff in the morning were not very kind or helpful. The staff in the evening were much more helpful!

Best Western in Fort Myers Die Freundlichkeit & Hilfsbereitschaft sämtlicher Mitarbeiter ist vorbildlich. (Mein 'verlorenes' Gepäck wurde dank des Einsatzes des Hotelmanagers gefunden und per Express nach Fort Myers ins Hotel gebracht, ..... , .....) Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und Kaffee bekommt man den ganzen Tag:-) Ein Hotel, welches ich mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen kann!

Proximite de l'aeroport de Fort Myers : tres pratique (et facilite d'acces) apres 15 heures de voyage, quand on arrive vers 23 heures epuise !)

Alles war wie beschrieben

Was garnicht gut war, der Gestank um das Hotel. Gegen Abend und in der Nacht lassen sie die Rasensprenger laufen. Das dort verwendete Wasser stinkt erbärmlich, man hat keine chance den pool oder jakuzzi zu benutzen

Uitstekend hotel. Sfeervol met prima kamers. Koelkast, magnetron en koffiezetapparaat op de kamer. Schoon. Ontbijt voor amerikaanse begrippen uitgebreid.

Niets viel tegen. Uitstekend hotel.
