Just 200 yards from the airport. Convenient for late arrival. Proche de l'aéroport, très pratique en cas d'arrivé tardive. The hotel needs to be refurbished. It seems that everything has not changed for 30 years. The 3rd level is actually at the same level than the airport access road. Very noisy. Bruyant. Ma chambre au 3ème donnait sur la bretelle d'accès de l'aéroport.

easy to get to airport free shuttle, free breakfast I had a 7 am flight out of T.F. Green. It was the ideal place to stay for such an early departure. To wake up at 5 am shower have breakfast check out and still make it to the airport by six am made my day so much easier. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Friendly welcome comfortable bed & pillows clean room breakfast was great, the lady who replenishes the breakfast is lovely, staff helpful, quite a lot of road noise but right near the airport, quieter after about 10.30 pm & a lot quieter in the morning Bit dated but we have found most of the motels we have stayed in very similar

Our stay was very comfortable. Your staff were very accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely the rooms were. This accommodation was not overpriced. The only complaint that we had was that it was very difficult to get wifi reception in our room.

There was a problem with locating my reservation, but Sean persevered, found it and was able to accomodate us. He was pleasant, very helpful and offered us 3 complimentary bottles of water, which were much appreciated after a very long drive. He also saw to it that we had a cot and extra towels in a timely manner (Thank you,, Sean)! When I went to breakfast Sunday morning I (and a few other guests) noticed a young boy "playing' on the treadmill which was running at a high speed. I went to the front desk to alert someone in management. He saw the boy on the tread mill, went into the work out room to tell him to get off the machine and saw the boy's parent there. Upon seeing him, the manager let the child continue "playing" on the machine. He closed the door so that other guests would not see the child on treadmill. When I remarked to him that I thought this would be the company's liability, he remarked that the child's parent was with him. Shouldn't children be banned (and you, and they protected) from potential liability?

Bien en general. Habitación grande y cómoda. Pedimos hacernos la tarjeta de cliente Best Western (amigos nuestros nos lo habian recomendado), y en recepción no sabian de que les hablabamos. La ubicación es adecuada para gente que viene del aeropuerto, pero en la zona no hay nada.

The breakfast was very good. Friendly staff. The room had a bit funny smell (mold, smoke, pet??). Anyhow, it was clean.

Previous people who stayed in our room must have had a pet - animal hair everywhere and bathroom tub was not very clean.

The location to the airport was very convenient. The rooms are nice and very clean. The breakfast is wonderful and the hours are awesome--4 am to 10 a.m.!
