First room nasty sales in diet on wall. Air conditioner looked nasty and didn't work well. Air on new rag, shower some hair. Moved us toanother room allot better but some mold or something bathroom.
Comfortable . Friendly staff and good breakfast.
hardware missing off the dresser drawers, filthy walls, loud maids, kids screaming at 7:45 in the morning at the pool.i will never stay here again and will not recommend this page to anyone.
short car ride from airport to hotel. complimentary shuttle back to airport
unable to contact hotel for free pick up from airport so had to pay for taxi
words cant describe how bad it was.
Booked a bottom room and got a up stairs room. The room was dirty, it was dark in there, no table and chairs, there was no close rack, and towel rack. They would not heat the pool, and hot tub. The garbage was not picked up for two days. What chairs was there, they were broken. The parking was poor, had to park over in the other hotel parking
The place was dirty will not bev back
Location, amenities (Breakfast and bar) and staff.
The room was not ready when we arrived and there was not enough parking on the weekend, had to park off property, and the hot water problem.
There weren't many parking spaces for the size of the facility - fortunately we were always able to find one or two spaces available.
Respectful staff. Courtesy and helpful staff. Convent to airport and transportation to airport.
Pool looked worn out and unclean. Beds worn out, lumpy. Poolside chairs broken and dirty.
I Liked the remodeled tub walls and bathroom sink countertops. I liked the manager reception, friendliness of all staff. Choice of breakfast food was good. Taste of food was good one day bad 2nd day.Happy about the microwave and 24 hour coffee and in room coffee and blow dryer. the room was REALLY convenient to the baseball park for spring training and close to freeway.
I didn't like the 70's look bedspread, the worn out old outlets. Stains on the ceiling The rooms weren't cleaned very well. The tub faucet and curtain rod weren't wiped down and rusty. The door to the room was unevenly mounted and didn't shut well. Tv cabinet was pulled out and looked odd.Outside in parking lot looked messy (décor rocks strewn all over) Hadn't been updated in awhile. Very noisy and kept me awake 2 nights out of 3.Tv was bad. Couldn't even figure out HBO. Internet was in and out
The location was good as we were there for Spring Training. The breakfast was good.
The buildings are pretty old and could use some paint and freshening up. The room was clean, but the bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it. The inside could also use some fixing up,new paint, new carpet, etc.
This place us a dump. They need to update
The rug was gross
Room was very dark, carpet was dirty, furniture was old and scraped up, flourescent lighting in room was terrible, towels were old and dingy, chain lock wasn't secure, front door had gapes in it around the frame so more noise and outside weather temperatures easily came in. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in.
Breakfast was good. Location to airport great.
This hotel is in need of some major repair work. Outside and inside rooms. Bathtub in our room 112 is chipped and so stained that you would not want to go in it. The furniture is older then my grandmother. The lighting outside needs maintainance. Lights in parking area flashing on/off and some not working at all. Bulb replacement is needed. Good lighting assists with safety. I will not stay here again until it has some major renovations done. Many hostels around the world are in better shape.
Location to Gammage
Jacuzzi was broken. TV had lines going across it.
Proximity of restaurants. No big deal.
I didn't like anything about the stay, the matress was very noisy; the bathroom was dirty, I wasn't able to have access to wifi; and it was very expensive
Front desk extended my check out to noon and the location was only a mile from the start & finish of the Rock n Roll Arizona half marathon. Also the complimentary hot breakfast gave me what I needed to finish the race.
I loved the bedding. My friend and I had double beds, and we both agreed that those were the most comfortable beds and pillows that we have ever slept in in a hotel in the U.S. We also loved the staff. They bent over backwards to accommodate us.
the first room that we were in was too dark. The second room was better. The furniture looked a bit old.
breakfast and front desk staff
hotel needs some cosmetics to updateto todays standards. pictures look better than hotel really is. peeling paint etc should havesome attention
The location was great and easy to get too. Very quite and comfortable
The bed was too soft and so were the pillows it was hard to sleep on it took me a few hours to get to sleep.
Closeness to the airport, convenience of complementary shuttles, assistance with spending time at the nearby Phoenix Zoo prior to flying, good range of breakfast choices available from 5 am, ability to book spa room, flexibility of reception staff in accommodating requests for late check outs and arranging shuttles
Location convenient for air port; cleanliness; staff
Auto opening doors would be helpful for solo travelers with luggage
