Regency Hotel Miami  

Good airport location. Close to good Cuban restaurant. Adequate small rooms for a 1-night stay. But very nice architecture and lobby area.

They advertise and feature balconies with each room. But there is no furniture, not even a plastic chair to sit on the balcony. So what's the point? They also don't provide any breakfast, unusual these days.

Privacy, friendly staff, location perfect. shopping trips food quality not bad. i would recommend however i think i would pre-warn about restaurant options also.

To pay $20.00 for a burger and water ruined my trip. (Room service fee& taxes included) still cannot believe i did that. i had no other choice at that time. felt robbed and violated. in-room safe cannot hold a standard laptop. left do not disturb sign on door entire stay. meal prices for menu options are a total turn off. you had Prime Steak and Lobster Prices for Chicken and Burger Menu. Very disappointed that there was no lobster nor decent steak, had to go restaurant next door. room was upgraded entered the bathroom to find mildew curtains. improve menu options, re think prices and fees associated.

Staff was very friendly. Free transportation to the airport.

They served a full complementary breakfast. It was very helpful to be able to have breakfast at the hotel before we left for the remainder of our trip.

In direct flight pattern of the airport. The airplanes came extremely close to the hotel. It was so loud you couldn't hear someone talking to you.

Nice environment and location. Staying here regularly for more than 20 years

A well presented reception area and helpful staff. A good selection of food for breakfast and all yummy. Nice looking pool and lounging area, though we didn't have time to test it out.

A beer, 2 glasses of wine and a lemonade came to over$25! Drinks were much cheaper in their restaurant.

Free parking, near by good food reasonably price . Federico is a great front desk staff.

Nothing met expectation for business trip

Location close to airport, good shuttle service, reasonably priced.

Heavy traffic, low flying airplane noise, poorly designed bath, no chairs on balcony, older and in need of extreme renovation.

I liked that it was close to the airport and had a shuttle that ran 24 hours a day.

No free breakfast in the morning.

I asked the emploee to wake me up but he did not do.

I did not like anything. I kept having issues with my room key, the shower made loud noises. Room service never showed up. No refrigerator or microwave...

Everything.... For the price of $116 per night I felt as if I was sleeping in a motel & not a hotel. I would never go back there.

Staff were very friendly. Was able to eat in the bar at a reasonable price although drink prices were expensive. I was in transit following my flight from UK so didn't use facilities as was exhausted. Left early after quick breakfast in restaurant on sunshine shuttle which picks up at hotel - my main reasons for staying here.

Drink prices! Also not sure about taxes, how did a $10 breakfast cost $12.43, didn't think tax was this high. Maybe that's why my evening meal seemed expensive and the drink wasn't as much as I thought. Didn't get a bill with the breakdown but maybe I didn't hang about long enough!

they take me up at 10 o*clock for shopping. they bring me to the aeroport,where ican take the bus. whisout a car si that verry great and economic esspeccialy when you are alone.

Good choice of tv channels

If your room is facing the hotel next door you will struggle to sleep because the hotel next door has a very very loud air conditioning unit outside which is so noisey its unbelievable. Also the air con in the room is even more loud,so if the room is hot you cant cool it down without having to put up with noise

Rooms very comfortable and clean. Room service very quick to arrive.

Electricity was off when I arrived which caused problems with check in and so had to wait over half an hr to be allocated a room. Internet doesn't work in rooms, so you have to sit in lobby to get a connection.

What a friendly hotel. Everyone that we encountered went above and beyond to provide excellent service. We loved Ramon the shuttle driver, he was great and oh so pleasant. Thank you for a great stay. We will be returning in october.

To be honest, there wasn't anything that I really liked. When we first got there my room had a horrid smell, sprayed perfume, open the windows still no help so we had to switch rooms. Our keys kept not working, so we had to continue to re-activate them. We we're also given drink tickets and we're never told that our only option was beer or wine until we actually tried to order a drink. On top of that, the people who worked there, barely spoke english.
