Location, 24 hour front desk attendants One day the cleaning staff removed our soiled towels and did not replace them with fresh ones. We did not discover that we had no towels until the next morning when we were about to take a shower. |

Location, comfort, homey atmosphere, kitchen and laundry facilities. Noise of the fridge/air-conditioner? Lack of natural light in bedroom. |

Excelent room size, very well decorated, nice kitchen and very nice location. Plus, it is very close to a major metro hub (at 42street)... During our stay, the weather was very hot and it is not common at October... That was good, but the problem was that the air conditioning of the room was not working... They said that it happened due to a NY citi regulation but due to the price of the room I did not like the answer. |

Staff member handling my luggage was extremely helpful. He coordinated with our schedule to get our luggage ready and organized car service for us to depart for the airport promptly on a very rainy day. There were very little in terms of amenities. Even business center and fitness center was very small. The room was spacious and furniture looked nice, but wasn't particularly comfortable. |

Brilliant location, spacious accommodation with all the comforts of home. Would highly recommend this property. Bed base is dangerous to knocked and bruised shins ! |

I loved this hotel not only for the locality but the exceptional sleek decor, space and comfort. If New York hadn't been outside the hotel I would have been quite happy relaxing in the room for the duration. The staff were always pleasant and welcoming, and accomodating with any of the requests we made. I would recommend this hotel without exception. Wonderful |

We enjoyed the fact that this hotel was located so close to the hustle and bussle of Broadway but it was nicely tucked just a 1/2 block away. The staff were genuinely friendly and nice. Our hotel room was lovely and having a full kitchen in the room was such a bonus. A home away from home! The pillows are tragic! They are so flat that it was better to sleep without it. Bring your own :) |

The staff were EXTREMELY good and helpful. The space was ample for us and it was right in the center of all the action of Times Square. Could not ask for better! |

It is a peaceful one bedroom flat in a very convenient location. Good value for money as booked at the last minute with an excellent discount |

The suite offered space to work and space for our 6 year to play too.It was clean quiet and we liked the modern design. It was in a great location close to shows shopping and transportation Convenience of home and zen atmosphere of a high end hotel |

I loved the fact that it was a full size (big) one bedroom apartment in a prime location. Very comfortable and classy! There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. |

Carlos was amazing, with the reservation, the room selection, everything, and we really appreciated the upgrade. Everyone was so nice, and I wish I could remember their names so that I could compliment each individual. Great business center, beautiful room, perfect location. There was not a sitting area in the lobby, but it didn't ruin our experience! The furniture was a bit sharp and cold, but that's my personal taste, and we did not expect anything different based on the hotel's website. |

The room size, facilities in the room, location of the hotel. Unlike hotels where you are enclosed in one small room, it was very nice to have the space and it felt more like being home. The noise from the air-conditioning machines outside - the noise was sometimes unbearable during the night and my sleep was often disrupted. The lack of light in the room was also unfortunate. The room faced buildings in all directions so no sunlight came into the rooms - we could not even tell if it was sunny or cloudy without stepping outside. |

The staff was awesome. Very attentive and friendly. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the trash can under the sink in the kitchen smelled aweful! |
