We were more than pleased with the accommodation. Staff very friendly and obliging. The location was excellent and the apartment was better than expected - all round delighted and would highly recommend this hotel to all. Only thing was the air conditioning units were a bit noisy, however i'm not sure that could be changed given they are indoor units. |

Nice building, modern kitchen, very nice appartement. All very good. Staff does not respond to your need. Desk/reception staff is not very helpfull. Noty very well soundproofed room. |

The value for money was good and the location excellent! The room/ apartment was very big and well equipped. The bathroom was small and could have been a bit cleaner. There was little daylight entering the room due to fixed blinds and many higher surrounding buildings (probably often the case in NY). |

I like staying somewhere that feels like a home away from home. The apartment styled amenities that AKA offers is perfect for business travellers, or those who prefer to cater to themselves. You could cook a meal and have friends over to your's while staying abroad. The bed was so comfortable that I almost missed a meeting, and it was nice having an office area set up so that you can do one thing and a partner could do another. |

heerlijk om een eigen appartement te hebben, zonder het gedoe van een hotel. Erg ruim en luxe appartement voor NY begrippen. Lokatie super. 1x in de week schoonmaken kan wel maar is wel wat krap. |

La cercanía de los lugares de interés y el personal que es muy amable y habla español. Precio-calidad. Es muy caro para los servicios que tiene. En el precio sólo te entra la limpieza una vez a la semana y es algo inconcebible en un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Además, únicamente te ponen en la habitación el día de entrada un botecito de gel y champú y no te vuelven a reponer. |

ligging van het hotel, groot en veel comfort, netjes Zonder vooraf te melden, werd reeds op de eerste dag het volledige bedrag van het verblijf van onze visa kaart genomen, met als gevolg problemen met betalingen met dezelfde kaart in andere winkels |
