Posizione centrale, proprio vicino Times Square, ma camere silenziose (noi dormivamo al decimo piano). Personale gentile e disponibile a dare consigli. Camere nuove, ben arredate e spaziose. Cuicina fornita di tutto il necessario per poter cucinare, con un buon risparmio rispetto ai pasti consumati la ristorante. Possibilità di utilizzare il business center e stanza fitness. Qualche lieve approssimazione nella pulizia infrasettimanale. |

Gli arredi nuovi e la pulizia della camera, la posizione centralissima, il personale molto gentile e disponibile, ottimi ristoranti a pochi passi, lavatrice+asciugatrice+lavastoviglie, l'area caffe' e fitness Il riscaldamento a mezzo condizionatore, rumoroso e difficile da regolare per tutta la notte, aria troppo secca |

Sicuramente la posizione, l'eccelente cortesia del consierge, e la possibilità di avere una grande metratura su Time Square ad un prezzo equo. La pulizia, carente soprattutto nel bagno e per gli asciugami, anche facendoli cambiare risultavano sempre un pò sporchi. |

The suite offered space to work and space for our 6 year to play too.It was clean quiet and we liked the modern design. It was in a great location close to shows shopping and transportation Convenience of home and zen atmosphere of a high end hotel |

I loved the fact that it was a full size (big) one bedroom apartment in a prime location. Very comfortable and classy! There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. |

Carlos was amazing, with the reservation, the room selection, everything, and we really appreciated the upgrade. Everyone was so nice, and I wish I could remember their names so that I could compliment each individual. Great business center, beautiful room, perfect location. There was not a sitting area in the lobby, but it didn't ruin our experience! The furniture was a bit sharp and cold, but that's my personal taste, and we did not expect anything different based on the hotel's website. |

The room size, facilities in the room, location of the hotel. Unlike hotels where you are enclosed in one small room, it was very nice to have the space and it felt more like being home. The noise from the air-conditioning machines outside - the noise was sometimes unbearable during the night and my sleep was often disrupted. The lack of light in the room was also unfortunate. The room faced buildings in all directions so no sunlight came into the rooms - we could not even tell if it was sunny or cloudy without stepping outside. |

The staff was awesome. Very attentive and friendly. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the trash can under the sink in the kitchen smelled aweful! |

Very nice flat at Times Square which provides the possibility to experience life in NYC much more than a "normal" hotel room. Price was very reasonable for the quality of the services offered (modern apartment with plenty of space, full set of cooking / eating tools, two high quality TV sets including one good size LCD screen, free WiFi in the room, small but nice and clean gym) Not much natural light from the windows on my 4th floor room, but you cannot have it all. |
