The suite offered space to work and space for our 6 year to play too.It was clean quiet and we liked the modern design. It was in a great location close to shows shopping and transportation Convenience of home and zen atmosphere of a high end hotel |

I loved the fact that it was a full size (big) one bedroom apartment in a prime location. Very comfortable and classy! There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. |

Carlos was amazing, with the reservation, the room selection, everything, and we really appreciated the upgrade. Everyone was so nice, and I wish I could remember their names so that I could compliment each individual. Great business center, beautiful room, perfect location. There was not a sitting area in the lobby, but it didn't ruin our experience! The furniture was a bit sharp and cold, but that's my personal taste, and we did not expect anything different based on the hotel's website. |

The room size, facilities in the room, location of the hotel. Unlike hotels where you are enclosed in one small room, it was very nice to have the space and it felt more like being home. The noise from the air-conditioning machines outside - the noise was sometimes unbearable during the night and my sleep was often disrupted. The lack of light in the room was also unfortunate. The room faced buildings in all directions so no sunlight came into the rooms - we could not even tell if it was sunny or cloudy without stepping outside. |

The staff was awesome. Very attentive and friendly. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the trash can under the sink in the kitchen smelled aweful! |

location was excellent,staff was friendly they do not accept cash in the hotel, so we spent half a day to find travellers cheque,housekeeping just once per week |

Very nice flat at Times Square which provides the possibility to experience life in NYC much more than a "normal" hotel room. Price was very reasonable for the quality of the services offered (modern apartment with plenty of space, full set of cooking / eating tools, two high quality TV sets including one good size LCD screen, free WiFi in the room, small but nice and clean gym) Not much natural light from the windows on my 4th floor room, but you cannot have it all. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, quiet, well equipped and immaculate in terms of cleanliness. It had everything you would need for a comfortable stay and the location was excellent. |

We were more than pleased with the accommodation. Staff very friendly and obliging. The location was excellent and the apartment was better than expected - all round delighted and would highly recommend this hotel to all. Only thing was the air conditioning units were a bit noisy, however i'm not sure that could be changed given they are indoor units. |

Nice building, modern kitchen, very nice appartement. All very good. Staff does not respond to your need. Desk/reception staff is not very helpfull. Noty very well soundproofed room. |

El trato de del personal de recepción fué muy bueno. La cama cómoda, el apartamento nuevo y grande. En general muy bien. Quizás para el precio que tiene deberían limpiar la habitación en mas ocasiones. El sistema de calefaccion y aire acondicionado por suerte no lo tuvimos que utilizar ya que hace bastante ruido y nos hubiera molestado. |

Hotel idéalement placé à Times Square, lieu stratégique pour visiter New York (plusieurs lignes de métro à proximité). Appartement propre, spacieux et luxueux, rénovation récente, très bon séjour. Personnel très sympathique. Seul bémol :Le ménage n'est fait qu'une fois par semaine (annoncé lors de la réservation), et c'est dommage. |
