    Location, wifi, bed&pillows

I could hear the neighbour enter and leave their appartment clearly. So loud it sounded like they were trying to open my door. I think because i was in a corner room. Never experienced it on other stays.

Located right off of Waikiki beach, the hotel has a sky bridge to the Ala Moana Mall, which offers a vast number of shops and food places.

At the check-in we were told, that the room was not part of the hotel, but owned privately and run by separate company - so if we would encounter issues (maintenance, housekeeping and such) , we'd have to call a service number to get it addressed ... While booking, it seemed to just be one of the hotels rooms.

The room was very well decorated with a comfortable bed and dark curtains. The view was tremendous.

The internet service was spotty the first day and non existent the second day.

Convenient location close to beach/park and shopping. Plenty of places to get good food.

Room was ok but as it is a private owner room the hotel is basically hands off, I prefer the hotel service.

everything was fine as far as the room

coffee pot wasn't cleaned. still had old coffee grounds inside. didn't care for the 55 dollar incidental charge. or the fact that if anything was needed for the room, there was nobody on site to provide it. towels, pillows etc. luckily, it never came into play.

    Location is great.

There are hidden costs like 20 dollars a day service fee. Hotel reception told us that there won't be daily cleaning lady which gave us insecurities about comfort in unit. Can't call reception for service.

if you book through booking.com you will most likely be booked into luxury suites. this is a private group of rooms in the hotel that are managed by a company in Las Vagas. the actual hotel will only check you in, you cannot charge anything to you room. you have to call a separate phone number before 11am if you need extra towels etc for the next day. i.e.; if you don't get all your towels /bathmats today you can't get more till tomorrow. we stayed 10 nights and did not get our sheets changed once, we often had no bathmat given to us. also you need to be careful of the small print and what type of room they guarantee, we request a king bed and got to small doubles. when we talked to them by phone in Vagas, they would not/could not change the room. this could also happen the other way around. over all not very good. due to the lack of help from the hotel and the fact that you can't talk face to face with anyone, we felt very isolated in the hotel.

The room was lovely - very well appointed, great view, and comfortable. Great location - right next to the mall and restaurants, also bus and trolley stops.

We did not realise we were not booking into a hotel room, but rather a privately owned condo. The check-in staff advised us that if we required anything at all, housekeeping etc we were to phone Luxury Suites direct. We were unable to book anything up to the room at all. Housekeeping did service each day however our sheets were not changed at all during our ten day stay. Towel quanities left in the room altered daily, nothing to wipe the kitchenette bench down with so I purchased cloths myself which were taken by housekeeping and not returned. Left a note, which was ignored. Would recommend caution when booking through LSI as they deduct your visa card immediately - we booked in January for a stay in June which meant we paid six months in advance, which all adds up to the cost of the holiday. Read the fineprint....No bar by the pool which was a disappointment.

Bathtub, TV, bed, wifi, valet parking

Long line at check in. Card worked in elevator about 25% of the time. Someone in the elevator would have to punch in everyone else's floor. Nice gesture but where's the security?

Comfortable and clean. Friendly and accommodating staff.

A personal problem: had difficulty climbing in and out of the tub, as it was quite deep.

We had an amazing view, the hotel is pretty much connected to the mall so shopping is made so much easier. Absolutely loved the Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor. Best Chinese we've ever had. It must be the preferred hotel for plane crews as well as there are a lot of them there.

The room was very comfortable and had an ocean view for the same price as the hotel's local rate. There was a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, and wifi. Super close to the convention cente nd Ala Moana.

Check in took over an hour. Valet parking was full so I had to self park. Parking lot is terrible. The elevators were slow.

    The convince to everything

Parking was a big issue. We paid for parking for two days. But when we had to park there were safe parking stalls available. The parking attendant wanted us to double park in front of other cars and also against walls that wasn't safe.

    The view from our room..

I was told that I was going to be charged for towels and anytype if room sevice due to getting a Luxury Suite, I didnt know I was getting that when I booked my reservations. I called the Luxury Suite hot line the manager said that I wasn't going to be charged if I needed more towels. So someone came to change out our towels, threw away our trash, & made our beds. Thanks to Luxury suites im guessing since the front desk person said that they dont do that when its a private own room, or maybe it was the person that owns that room..who knows! &Amp; the parking price is ridiculous! I will never ever stay there again! Confusing and over priced parking!!
