Poder estar al mitg del Strip i la facilitat per moure't, els serveis que té, un exel.lent buffet, bones piscines i un gran casino. Lo pesats que són alhora de vendret promocions i espectacles. |

Hotel lobby seprated from the gambling section.Nice Chinese Meal & many shops,cafe within the 1mile shopping/htl complex.Bus stop right infront of the htl to move along the strip easily.Cheap/well manner bus driver and clean bus. The dirt inside the wardrobe shelving are not properly wipe off.Will be great to have a fridge/Coffee maker provided in the room. |

It was a nice resort. Fun things to do and a great value. The only thing I really didn't like was the added "resort fee" that was added to my bill at check in. This should be included or at least indicated when I book the room online. |

Disappointed in workout facility was an extra 25 dollars a day. No coffee mmaker! No mini bar. Couldn't even get on when I asked. Had a door missing. No coffee maker. No mini frig. |

Our stay was comfortable and nice. There was a shopping mall in the hotel which was very convient. The hotel was on the strip so it was also convient to walk to other hotels. The room had a distintive smell to it, we even had a non-smoking room. |

The Casino is quiet good in Planet Hollywood. It i lively and has a good atmosphere. Strip house restaurant is excellent. Rooms are dark....could do with a better cleaning before new guests arrive. |

Location, location, location!! The Miracle Mile mall is connected to the resort so even if you have to pick up last minute shopping, it's easy to get to. Ph is right on the strip so easy access to an abundance of fabulous restaurants, shopping and siteseeing. I would however have to recommend Koi in ph - do not miss the tempura shrimp hand rolls, they have to be experienced to be believed! If you can ask for a room overlooking the strip, our rooms had a view down the strip and of the Bellagio fountains. Check in and check out is a lot easier if you are a Starwood Gold member, otherwise be ready to queue. |

Convenient location on the Strip, right in front of the new Aria Hotel & Casino. Our room was clean and very nice with great views of the strip. I think all rooms have different movie motifs, ours had "Air Bud" movie props in lighted cabinets and some pics...kind of cool even if I never saw the movie. The casino is fun and modern. And the shopping mall is nice for those interested. Good idea to give guest a free bottle of alcohol. We got a free bottle of wine with no cork opener in room so they try to sell you one in the store that gives you the bottle ($3.50). We were creative and cheap and used car keys instead. |

Location is good, each rooms equipped wz big washroom we were assigned to a room next to the lift, extremely annoyed by the noise of the lift for the 2nights. Housekepping staff [who answered our calls] was very unfriendly and unhelpful, when we tried to borrow a vacumn from them. |

As always, PH was great. Great food, atmosphere, and employees. A little pricey, but great location, and always a fun place to stay. The beds in our room were extremely uncomfortable. I have not experienced this at Planet Hollywood previously and it was disappointing. My back was quite sore each day. Also, the hotel seems to have upped the minimums at the table games which just motivated me to gamble elsewhere. Not a huge deal since the whole town is casino's, but I would have liked to gamble there. |

Great customer service provided both day and night. I was able to gamble all night then retreat to my room for a few hours of sleep before returning to the casino and restaurants. |

I loved just about everything there! Staff was excellent and one negative but positive was that I barely went out on the strip. I was able to do everything I wanted from inside my hotel and the 150 shops connected to it! When I did leave th hotel it was center strip so excellent location! Also the free bottle of liqour I got for free every day was insane! the room for the most part was clean but a little dusty and I didn't like the fact the door to the shower did not have a lock to it. Since no lock I would have at least liked a frosted glass around shower. Went with a few guys which caused some awkwardness lol. |

The hotel functions very well and is generally clean and tidy. Great atmosphere in the casino, and a fantastic buffet. The golf desk sent us to a Revere golf club. It turned out to be less than we were expecting and expensive to get to. |
