Hotelul nu percepe taxă hotelieră şi include un centru spa cu servicii complete şi 9 restaurante. Planet Hollywood are 2 piscine în aer liber şi căzi cu hidromasaj cu vedere la Strip. Oaspeţii pot utiliza centrul de fitness sau pot vizita magazinele hotelului. De asemenea, se organizează divertisment de seară. Camerele hotelului Planet Hollywood din Las Vegas sunt dotate cu TV cu plasmă de 42 inch. De asemenea, camerele sunt amenajate cu baie spaţioasă şi accesorii din filme. Stayed here before, came back for the fountain view and location, both of which did not disappoint. Only suggestion - would be to turn down the background music volume a little bit in the elevators, elevator hallways and the looby desk areas. Really hard to have a conversation with someone in your party or even the desk staff if everyone has to basically shout in order to be heard. Hotel Desk staff was very responsive & business like, which was great given that they had apparently received absolutely no notification from booking.com of my reservation. Planet Hollywood honored the rates I was given via booking.com's online site, however, they could not not find me in their system either by the booking.com reservation confirmation # or my name. Fortunately I had a hard copy printout of the booking.com information with me. Planet Hollywood didn't have the same room available which I had originally reserved but were nice enough to provide an upgrade to a slightly larger & nicer room. Only drawback - it was next to the elavators and the related mechanical noises. Just glad they had a room and honored the hard copy.

Location of hotel - easy access to the Strip Long Check In and Check Out queues. I did an express check out via room TV and requested for bill and was told that it would be sent via email but till now, I have not received it.

great location and good price. Doing construction outside our room beginning at 430 am. We were not made aware of this when we upgraded and paid extra money to have a noisy room with a view. Wish they would have told us...we never would have paid the extra money!

Close to all shops. Room was cleaned each day and the view was great. Good range of TV stations although you dont watch TV that much. Bell desk and concierge were able to help with every request. The hotel checkin staff were extremly rude and not welcoming at all. Charges, location of elevators to get to room and hotel facilities were not explained to us. We had to ask other guests as to what level the pool was on.

Good atmosphere, especially in the casino on Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Room was good (apart from storage space, which was limited), views excellent. Wifi wasn't free. This is a joke in a big casino resport hotel.

The room was excellent and the bed was soo comfortable. Loved the casino and thought it was probably the best in Vegas. If I came back to Vegas, I would stay here again. Will definitely recommend to friends. Upgraded to Fountain View room for an extra $20 and was worth it for the view

Close to City Center and Mc Donald'S. Because last time I visited, the hotel was satisfied. So, I chose Planet Hollywood this time. However when my family entered the room, we could hardly breathe because of dirt and bad air. The room made us want to leave Vagus as early as possible. After the first night, we found that the hotel we visited last time was "Westgate PH". (We stayed South PH this time) My familiy decided not to go to PH again.

Great location near all amenities and tourist spots and an excellent price. The hotel pool (on the roof) was great and the rooms were very spacious.

It was very central. Rooms and beds very comfortable. I was not impressed with room service. There would be a knock on the door and because we were there the maid would say that she would come back. Hours went by and we would return to our room. Another knock and because we were there she said she would return. The third time we told her not to bother. All next day we were without clean towels and had run out of toilet paper. I was unwell one day with an infected tooth sand because I was lying down the maid would not enter even though I invited her in. It seemed that if there was an excuse to bypass our room then the maid would go on to the next.

The hotel is great, perfect location, big and confortables rooms.There is shopping inside the hotel (Miracle Shopping), with a lot of options to eat and buy. Moder hotel, I certainly recommend this hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is the localization. This is a old hotel. To use wi-fi internet you need to pay almost $16 per day. With the money you spend in this place you do get bether places. I did not like his Casino (old as the building).

It was really a nice place to stay. We needed a refrigerator because of medicine and it was in the room before we even got up there from the check in. The room was cleaned and fresh linens everyday The elavator door closed on my arm and I was bruised. The last day went to shower and the water was cold. After waiting 45 min a man came up. I had ran the shower about 10min but he said they had done repairs the night before so it would take awhile to get the water flowing thru the system. Thank god we didn't have tickets to a show because al in all it took from before 5 til 7pm to get it warm. Also the casino was confusing to go for things. The arrows pointed a way but it wasn't like a path that you could follow.

Perfect location on the strip! The room I had on the 38th floor was well equipped and in a lovely condition. The hotel has two good sized outdoor pools and good shows and entertainment. It is truly sad to note that a quality hotel like this, where you still pay a good deal of money for the stay, have the audacity to charge for wi-fi connection!!! I have been traveling all over South America and stayed in some pretty poor hostel on occasions, and all, I and I really mean all, of them have had free wi-fi! If I would have found a similar hotel I would have stayed there even if they would have charged me 20 usd more for the room per night just to make a point. Lucky for Planet Hollywood, still no other high end hotel offers free wi-fi that I know of...

What I didn't like about my hotel was the person who checked me in.. Who treated me like if I was a criminal and was going to destroy or skip out on my bill. I go to Vegas every year. I try to stay at different hotels. Last year I stayed at the Bellagio and loved it. The year before I stayed at mgm, before that New York, New York...so on.. This was the first time anyone had me feel this way. The receptionist /clerk. I would never stay at this hotel ever again.. She asked me for id for the my husband and then asked me on my license was it my current address... The clerk next to her checked in the people behind me. All she asked them was the name and id of the person who the reservation is under, which is what I'm use to.

The casino & location. Booked a non-smoking room only to find out upon arrival that at Planet Hollywood its completely luck of the draw to be placed in a non-smoking room. Being an asthmatic I was not impressed. The front desk were not accommodating at all!!! The entire floor stunk of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette butts in the corridors. We've been gone 3 days and our clothes still reek of smoke!
