Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino

Convenient location on the Strip, right in front of the new Aria Hotel & Casino. Our room was clean and very nice with great views of the strip. I think all rooms have different movie motifs, ours had "Air Bud" movie props in lighted cabinets and some pics...kind of cool even if I never saw the movie. The casino is fun and modern. And the shopping mall is nice for those interested. Good idea to give guest a free bottle of alcohol.

We got a free bottle of wine with no cork opener in room so they try to sell you one in the store that gives you the bottle ($3.50). We were creative and cheap and used car keys instead.

Location is good, each rooms equipped wz big washroom

we were assigned to a room next to the lift, extremely annoyed by the noise of the lift for the 2nights. Housekepping staff [who answered our calls] was very unfriendly and unhelpful, when we tried to borrow a vacumn from them.

As always, PH was great. Great food, atmosphere, and employees. A little pricey, but great location, and always a fun place to stay.

The beds in our room were extremely uncomfortable. I have not experienced this at Planet Hollywood previously and it was disappointing. My back was quite sore each day. Also, the hotel seems to have upped the minimums at the table games which just motivated me to gamble elsewhere. Not a huge deal since the whole town is casino's, but I would have liked to gamble there.

I loved just about everything there! Staff was excellent and one negative but positive was that I barely went out on the strip. I was able to do everything I wanted from inside my hotel and the 150 shops connected to it! When I did leave th hotel it was center strip so excellent location! Also the free bottle of liqour I got for free every day was insane!

the room for the most part was clean but a little dusty and I didn't like the fact the door to the shower did not have a lock to it. Since no lock I would have at least liked a frosted glass around shower. Went with a few guys which caused some awkwardness lol.

The rooms were great.

The staff at the hotel pool area were less than accommodating.

The hotel functions very well and is generally clean and tidy. Great atmosphere in the casino, and a fantastic buffet.

The golf desk sent us to a Revere golf club. It turned out to be less than we were expecting and expensive to get to.

Good location - near most of the major attractions on the Strip. Rooms facing the fountains at Bellagio are amazing and worth the upgrade. Fun overall design and the attached shopping mall was a great, reasonably priced shopping option (unlike the other major shopping malls on the strip).

Across the street from construction project at City Centre. Noisy in the morning. The bathroom amenities seemed cheap but so was the room rate. For my first trip to Vegas I expected a higher level of service - economic conditions may have reduced overall service. Biggest problem was the lack of Coke products - who drinks cocktails with Pepsi as a mixer?

The location was excellent right in the middle of the strip. The food in the hotel was delicious, I'm still craving their milkshakes. Great value for money. Would definetly stay here again.

Your staff provided a fantastic level of service and the suite that I was in was very comfortable , for the price paid I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will bring my wife back with me next time

Room was comfortable and clean.

It was really a nice room with strip view. We enjoyed the Bellagio's fountain show from the room. It's worth to stay here!

The only problem is that it's a little bit difficult to find the 50th & 51st floors, for there's no sign in the elevator.

Excellent location, good beds, clean room, free parking.

Service charge was added to room price, even though we did not need/use any of the services. In particular, we were advised upon check-in that this would include drinking water in the room which was not there. So we called housekeeping who promised to send someone -- who never showed up. Also, our rate included a voucher for a free "drink on the house". All the actual offers were alcoholic, and there was no flexibility to get water or some softdrink instead!
